In summary

La Cita Golf and Country Club is appreciated for its challenging layout and scenic setting, featuring mature oak trees and water hazards that enhance the golfing experience. The staff and community are often praised for their welcoming and friendly demeanor. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's condition, noting issues with the greens, fairways, and cart paths, although there is optimism about ongoing improvements and potential restoration efforts.

This course is absolutely horrible. The greens are unputtable, sand all all over the fairways and water areas with cups but no water. I’ve never ended a round of golf early that wasn’t due to weather but after 9 holes I was done. The fact they charge $45 is criminal

The course has so much potential but unfortunately it’s just terrible condition. Apparently they switched grounds crew the beginning of the year so hopefully they’re able to bring it back to life, it it’s basically unplayable right now.

Greens need a little work but over all was great course and the staff was amazing. I definitely loved and enjoyed the people within the community. They were very welcoming and kind. The pricing was amazing fair and very affordable. I recommend this spot.

Best layout in Brevard county. Worst shape of any course I've ever played, from tee to green ! So much potential but maybe to far gone.

Second time playing this course. The price was less than other local courses but not by much. The pro shop was a little warm (AC Must have of been broken). The course was in pretty bad shape. The greens were horrible with lots of dirt patches. The tee boxes were not better. The fairways were ok but not great. If you want to play a decent course try somewhere else. I did like the layout as it was challenging. There was a tee on one hole with a big oak tree right in front of the tee area??? Dumbest thing I ever saw I’m surprised it’s there. Anyway it’s an ok course but done expect too much.

In April, 2022, we held a family and friends wedding shower at La Cita Golf and Country Club in Titusville for my son and his fiancé. Not only was the venue perfect but La Cita catered it as well. The food was outstanding and the staff was so professional! The numerous compliments from all who attended are a great testimony to a decision well made to go with La Cita Country Club!

In its heyday, La Cita Country Club set the standard for country clubs on Florida’s Space Coast. When its doors opened in 1985, this landmark country club attracted some of the region’s most influential golfers and socialites; not just from the immediate area, as most new clubs tend to do, but from as far as Orlando, Palm Beach and Jacksonville. The course is a traditional blend of manicured turf, decorative landscapes, and native woodlands. Mature trees line many of the fairways and water comes into play on 14 holes. Break out the bird watcher’s guide as you make your way around; you’re boun…

I live and play here. Moved here from Atlanta and definitely enjoy the slower unrushed pace of play here. Love the beautiful homes and views. I am privileged to live in such beautiful surroundings. Great course to play with grandchildren. LaCita Golf & Country Club is a place worth rediscovering!!!

Played La Cita today and it was just ok. On the positive side, the course layout is fantastic and the price was fair. There is loads of potential here to make this course a gem. There are good, challenging holes, lots of water, changes in elevation and gorgeous oak trees throughout the course. But it is only potential at the moment. The course needs lots of work. Most of my lies today were very poor, lots of grassless and sandy areas. When there was grass, it felt like a luxury and made me imagine how good this course probably used to be and could definitely be again. Many concrete cart paths…

We had a 7:56 tee time and arrived about 30 minutes early to warm up at the range. The staff was very friendly and even offered to let us start earlier at 7:40 since there was no one scheduled then, which we appreciated. However, after the second hole, we were stopped by course staff who said members had complained we were holding them up (despite the fact that we were right behind a group of four golfers) To avoid further issues, we switched to playing best ball to speed things up. Unfortunately, for the remaining 15 holes, we were followed and watched by staff the entire time. It felt like…
