As a beginner golfer I would not recommend this course to anyone, especially if you’re not a member. We had a group of 6 planning on splitting into 4 and 2. The staff would not let us split this way and was very rude to us from the get which started our experience off on a bad foot. The putting greens were awful and the tee greens were even worse, there was no green to them at all actually. Sand was also not the greatest. The course is set up very awkwardly with holes too close to each other and it was hard not to be in the way. We were rushed by other members, even while playing scramble to s…

Course was an old layout with many holes and tees that are close to each other. There were members on the course with no etiquette. We weren't able to clear the green and they were hitting at us, even though we were right behind the group in front of us. Sand traps were in need of a lot of work, had not been raked in a long time, even had grass growing out of the sand. Greens were cut so close it was like being on tour. Overall my experience with this golf course is lucky it's a two star

Very disappointed. The man at the desk was very rude at the start. We had 6 people, and even called ahead to make sure that was alright. Our plan was to do 4 and 2, two girls, four guys. Us girls are still beginners. We didn’t want to hold the guys up due to this still being a learning experience for us. The man at the desk was very rude about this. He kept repeating “We don’t tolerate 6 people here”. We never said nor planned to play with all 6. When we brought up doing 4 and 2, he said he’d prefer us to do 3 and 3. We didn’t argue, everyone smiled and said that’s fine. While he started ringi…

Great relaxed feel to this course. There are a lot of rocks to avoid but you can get a lucky bounce now and then. Looking forward to coming back. The staff is friendly and hospitable. A good course to enjoy a less serious round of golf.

With the backdrop of Northwestern PA’s landscape this course is undoubtedly beautiful. The course ranges from holes that would be easy for an amateur to tricky embankments and rocky distractions. It is an aesthetic location whose grounds permeate tranquility. I highly recommend this course to anyone who hasn’t tried it. I can’t speak about the clubhouse as it was closed both times I was there.

It’s a shame if you aren’t a member you shouldn’t be there There was 5 of us and we just got harassed saying we are vikings and We were destroying the course and backing golfers up. which there was a group behind us and we let them play through after that there was nobody around us. The group that complained about us kept on calling the golf course which made the pro shop staff have to come out and talk to us for no reason. If you are a member you’re not welcome go spend your money somewhere else
