Jamaica Run Golf Club

This place sucks. Ohio is currently in a drought and the course was FLOODED. Water in every hole, water seeping out of every tee box, craters on the greens, and they were watering the greens during play. Safe to say this place will never get my business again.

I have golfed here about once a week all summer long, the greens, fairways and tee boxes have improved so much here the last few weeks. they have defiantly put the work in to improve all aspects of the course exponentially! the course layout has always been great, now the conditions are there too! great and friendly staff. prices are well worth it. it just keeps getting better every time I play here.

I've been golfing here for quite some time now and it's continuing to decline year after year! This use to be a beautiful course, but now it's just terrible looking, from the golf carts not operating properly to the fairways being in poor shape, to the greens being horrible it's real going down hill especially considering it cost $50 to golf with cart! This will probably be our last visit here!

Very disappointed the workers have really let this golf course go since last summer the workers are incredibly rude and have no idea what’s going on the maintenance is horrible golf carts are dirty i will never be back here they constantly have drunk golfers that just come in and wreck the course and they don’t even bother to pick the stuff up

Had a great time on this course! Has some tough, long par fives! Staff was extremely friendly and the women's bathrooms were very clean. The greens are very dry. There's a lovely cat that will hang out on your cart too!

Tee boxes look like rough, rough looks like a jungle. 75% of every fairway is either so dry it has no grass or so long you’ll lose your ball but somehow not a single good spot on the 6 holes we were able to get through. Greens are concrete and you’ll be lucky to find a putt line without going through giant spots without grass or a giant hole. “Twilight” golf is now $25 compared to $15 it was two or three years ago and I’ve never seen the course look worse. Not a great course. Not a terrible course either. About as basic and bare bones municipal course you could imagine. Biggest thing I would ask to improve are the golf carts. The gas smell is rough and gives you a slight stomach ache. For the price though, I paid $9 for a round, it was good. Can’t expect the Ritz Carlton on a WalMart budget. Good for what it is.

Beautiful course with great scenery and well-kept greens. Staff was friendly and the layout was fun for all skill levels. Can’t wait to come back! at the beginning of the summer it was barely playable Ricky has taken over and it looks the best it has ever looked.

TRY THIS COURSE AGAIN. The weeds that were a problem, gone. The fairways are clean and prices are fantastic. Golf carts are older but oh well. Twilight special is 15…. No where else has that.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I'm actively reviewing from hole 12. Greens are burnt out and half of them are straw or dead. Bumpy and uneven. You'd think there are better spots than the greens but it doesn't get better. Tee boxes are sloped and crab grass. Fairways consistent of slightly shorter crab grass. The fact they straight face charges 40 bucks for "golf" is a farce

Everyone at the course was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the day, it was our first time there. We enjoyed the elevation changes and dog legs, this kept us intrigued.

Place is an absolute mess! Greens are a wreck and one hole they cut a green in front of a closed down green with no attempt to make it a green It was maybe a 10 foot circle and would have been in better shape if it was just a dirt circle! So much crab grass growing in the fairways and the greens. Its basic hard pan and hope you hit it in the Rough as the fairways will just bounce your club. I gave it a two star as they seem to be attempting to fix some things but I've never seen straw used on greens before, but also not a greenskeeper.
