Great place with a beautiful environment and very friendly staff. The service was smooth and the overall experience was really enjoyable. Definitely a spot I would visit again.

Course is in great shape. Rough is rough so you need to keep it in the fairway. Nice outside socializing area and friendly staff. Early November is prime time for leaf change viewing. A must play course.

If you haven’t been to Grassy Creek in the last few months, you haven’t been to Grassy Creek. The new owners are in the process of revamping the entire course. From the white sand bunkers (the white sand Augusta uses comes from this county) to the gorgeous landscaping to the new restaurant, we are THRILLED to have our home course looking so good. It’s still the best value in this region and a fun yet challenging course. Update: It’s been six months since Helene devastated our region including the back nine of Grassy Creek. I’ve been watching the rebuilding day by day. They’re currently repavi…

Nice course. Course was in good shape. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is closed on Mondays. Drinks are reasonable. Not a bad price at all. They offer a book if you've never played there. #14 and #18 are cart path only. Great course for the price.

Pleased to see the restoration of Grassy Creek. From the food, to the course, to the decorations everything looks great. Thanks Derek and Erin for your hard work and dedication to making Mitchell County even better. We appreciate you!

I played 36 holes on 6-6-23 at Grassy Creek. The course was in excellent condition and well manicured. The golf pro is very courteous and welcoming. He worked me in for a second 18 holes. Everyone at the complex is polite and helpful. The restaurant food is reasonably priced and very good. I’ve been telling all my golfing friends about Grassy Creek. This is a must stop in the North Carolina mountains.

Played in Billy Graham Tournament there Aug 23. My group consisting of 3 College players. Won the Tournament at 19 under last year. We played well shot 20 under. And Jealousy from a So called Preacher showed itself . Gave us money back said we couldn't shot that get Real. Course is short. So Today Sept 1st same guys go to play at Silver Creek in Morganton. We shot 21 under get Congrats and awarded for a great round. Grassy Creek and First Baptist Spruce Pine. Is all about Clicks and Locals. If you can play dont go there. Run.

Since the new owners have taken over the whole place has improved dramatically! Full and healthy grass throughout the course. Super quick and small greens to challenge you. Excellent bunker sand and all water areas are aesthetically terrific now. Clubhouse remodel is beautiful. A+ course for the price now.

Very nice layout. A shot makers course. Quality shots off the tee are a must. Not long but great test in ball striking. Highly recommended.
