Glen Acres Golf & Country Club

I’ve been a member here for a year and half and I love this place. The people are very friendly and in fact I have not met a rude person yet. Challenging 9 hole golf course (different tee boxes to make it 18) with two practice ranges and two practice putting greens. Has a restaurant, pool, tennis courts and more! I could go on and on but if you are looking for a country club that makes you feel welcomed with very reasonable membership charges, The Glen could be your ticket!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! The views are magnificent, especially when you get a clear day with the skyline view in the background. We had my brother's wedding here. Jason, the general manager, is a star!! I have never worked with anyone so down to earth, hard working, helpful, flexible and accommodating. He and his team did an amazing job making sure our event was perfect, and I normally don't use the term perfect in planning weddings! Their food is awesome and the space is just beautiful. My son takes lessons there and Jonny is great. The others who work in the pro shop are also great, kind and very helpful. Looking for lessons, I would recommend it to anyone

Save your money. This place is run-down, dark, and run by someone who clearly doesn’t care about customers. Not a single light on the range worked. We showed up with over an hour to go before closing, paid, grabbed our balls, and walked to the back to hit. No signs, no ropes, nothing saying we couldn’t. Then out comes the owner, yelling that we can’t hit there. When we asked why, his answer was, “Because I own the place and I said so.” That’s it. No explanation, just attitude. Great course. The greens were running smoothly even though they just punched it, probably the best punched greens I have ever played. It is very wet in places though. It is a tough little course but I like it. They range area is very good. The food is very nice.

Course maintenance has seen massive improvements over the past year. Extremely welcoming club with great events and a challenging layout that will make you a better golfer.

Glen Acres is one of my favorite golf courses in the Seattle area. If you are looking for the best deal in the Seattle area...look no further.

Family member got married here recently. Owner very nice, flexible and accommodating. It was the most stressful time for our family but they did everything to make this event smooth and special. Food was tasty, drinks were good and prices reasonable. Hard working staff with great work ethics. Impressed and grateful and would use them again for big events.

My wife and I were looking for a place to host our wedding reception. After driving for numerous hours and talking about the details with several different venues, we found Jason at Glen Acres. The first thing Jason told me was that he was going to make the reception as easy as possible and willing to work within our budget. This is a great venue to host an event! My husband and I had our wedding ceremony & reception here in the Sky room and it was beautiful! The staff is really nice and were so helpful as we discussed the planning and decorations. The food is also good and the view from the Sky room overlooks downtown Seattle. This was our experience as using yhe venue for an event location. Would love to return here one day for just the golfing or a nice dinner.
