In summary

Riverbend Golf Complex is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and flat, walkable layout that caters to golfers of all skill levels. The course offers a variety of amenities, including a driving range, pro shop, and putting and chipping areas, with beautiful views and a harmonious natural setting. Some visitors mention issues such as slow play during peak hours and occasional wet conditions, but overall, it is considered a good value for a municipal course.

Clean municipal course with a challenging, but very playable design. Flat and mostly open, with pretty wide fairways. Bunkers and water are well placed and come into play off multiple tees. Some trees between holes but not a crazy ammount. Many of the greens here are well guarded by bunkers, or being tucked back a bit near trees. The greens were nice, although a few had medium to large bald areas on them when I played here. Putting and chipping areas near the Pro Shop. There is a great driving range with it's own building across the street, and it has a much wider selection of gear than the pr…

Start to finish... Booked Tee time online for an easy transaction. 👍 ~$26 military/twilight price. Pro shop personnel were friendly and patient (couldn't remember if I paid when I booked online but this was easily and quickly resolved with a 😊. Thank you for that 😁.) Putting green is right near the first tee box and earshot of the "next up" and "on deck" announcements. Also putts real close to what the greens felt like. Playing in late September. Beautiful day! The greens did seem to speed up a little bit when the sun started going down, which might have been my imagination. I'm still kind o…

Course is in great condition. Greens are almost all the way back and new grass on the tees.

Very wet and muddy at this time of the year, which is normal. Carts on path only, probably ends up walking more.

Pretty nice for a city owned course. My son's high school team practices and plays matches here.

Overpriced, but everywhere is overpriced. Slow pace of play, but everywhere is slow. Uninspired course layout packed into a few acres, but more variety of holes than some other local muni tracks. Extremely walkable. Would give four stars, but $42 for weekday twilight walking rate is just getting greedy. As far as neighborhood municipal golf courses in 2025 go, this one is exactly what you’d expect. If you really want to play right now and have some extra cash, go for it. It beats staying home not playing golf.

Decent course, relatively cheap especially if you purchase the birdie or eagle discount cards.

Love this place! Staff are always super friendly never had any issues with the Marshalls. It has a challenging but fun layout for all levels things are well maintained couldn’t recommend it more. I’m often a single golfer and almost every group I’ve been paired with has been so cool great place to play. They also have a pro shop, putting green and a chipping green and a driving range across the street really a one stop shop.

Great prices for a public course. Layout is flat and easy to walk. Greens are usually in good shape, fairways as well. The only "gripe" is they do a pretty lousy job with the sand traps...
