Fremont County Golf Course is praised for its well-maintained greens, friendly and accommodating staff, and a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. The course is described as reasonably priced and enjoyable, with a scenic setting that includes ponds and hills. However, some visitors have experienced issues with management's handling of tee times and customer interactions, which have occasionally led to dissatisfaction.

Played the course for the first time in 25 years 3 weeks ago and had a great time…. We were not pushed and played at our own pace. All the staff were great! Nice course and inexpensive golf! Taking my grandson again tomorrow …. He loves it! Update… I took my grandson golfing here again on Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately he had a non-threatening medical emergency on hole #1 …(we had already played nine and we’re starting a second nine when he blacked out as he was getting ready to drive) and there were a dozen people who seen what was happening and every one of them came forward and offered th…

They were closed on a Saturday at 5:30 for a “tournament” when everyone was just inside eating and the tournament was clearly over. Wasted time driving out there due to business hours saying it supposedly wasn’t.

The course was pretty decent, although the management ruined it. Guy was an absolute work of art. We pay to play golf there, prices were pretty steep and I was like meh we’ll see. It could be fun and it was for a little while and if when people were behind us we let everyone through. But again management ruined it, why would I pay to deal with the nagging.

Nice little 9 hole course. Pretty laid back atmosphere. The range is more of just a cow pasture, so if you wanna hit a couple balls to warm up, go for it, but most of the balls are really old and trashed. I'm pretty sure they only take walk ups, so no need for tee times

It's a really great place to golf, unless the older lady is working. We have been out twice and the first time she wouldnt let us finish our holes because it was going to get dark to fast she claimed. We respected it and left. We went out another time and same lady was working. We had a group catch up to us so respectfully we waited and let them passed. She came out and was rude telling us we cant just be sitting there. Then she came out again a little while later and told us we couldnt finish our holes and we needed to figure something out so we asked if we could play 1 more hole and she said…

Would have been 4 or 5 stars but the last 2 times I have been the lady at the counter was rude and I felt like I was being rushed off the course. We started at 6 with the last start time posted on the door at 6:15 and she let atleast 3 more groups in behind us. Then as we started the 7th hole she told us we had to be done because we werent golfing fast enough to finish yet there was still more groups still working on holes 4 and 5. She was very rude and unwelcoming. Have had great experiences when the guy is working though.

The guy at the counter is really rude. We rented cars and paid to golf. The wives didnt golf but we still had to pay....to sit in the cart. He told my husband and others in our group to golf fast because they need the carts back for prime golf time?? We paid just like everyone else. I feel like because we are younger, late 20's, we are not "prime golfers". There have been other unpleasent experiences as well. He was also very rude to one of our co workers and accused him of driving on the greens two weeks ago..... two weeks ago. And then stood on the deck and watched them golf on the hole near…

The Fremont County Golf Course is located to the north of my ranch (Halo Ranch). Although I don't golf, as I've walked over the course rounding up some of my horses that swam the river to get on the golf course's lucious grass, I can see a beautiful course with ponds, trees, hills, and everything else that contributes to a very attractive location.
