The course features unique elements such as principle’s nose bunkers and a variety of hole designs, making it a popular choice for golfers seeking both a memorable and demanding experience. If you’re nearby play this course. Some really cool features like the principle’s nose bunkers with a blind shot or the offset green on the last par 5. Also for the price you’re not going to find a more interesting course in better conditions.

Excellent layout with challenging assortment of holes. Some long par 4,s tempered with a few shortish ones. Large greens and pins were tucked day we were there. Nice fairways with a good share of water hazards as well as tall rough. Railroad close to several holes, and course was in great shape. Will play again soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this course and my 1st-time experience there on Fri., 6/28/2024. The course was in wonderful condition: very lush, the greens were quick-paced and true, and this was after a scramble tournament that morning. I was amazed that the greens weren’t bumpy after that. Another really cool feature/benefit: freight trains regularly roll through the course during your round, and it is the coolest thing! [Especially if you love trains like I do.] I think this course is definitely the best value in the greater Wichita area, and is surely a challenging trek, with the…

Sand Creek Station I love you. Was in Wichita for two days and had planned on playing a different course the second day, but I couldn’t turn down playing this track again. * Paid $29 * Played both days under three hours. * Tees and fareways in great shape. * Big, sloped, tiered greens were challenging. * Bunkers are in perfect condition. * GPS on carts. * The first day I played the wind came up and it made things very challenging. Looking forward to coming back!

This course deserves the highest accolades for a public course. Rated as a top 5 course in Kansas, it is more than worth driving from afar to play here. We drove 2 hours, stayed the night after the round and enjoyed a course unlike many in the 3-state area. I've played in Kansas City, Oklahoma and Branson. This course is better than any public course in Oklahoma and matches up with the majority of Branson courses. It will remind you of St. Andrews in Kansas City, which is a popular course. Word of caution is to do your homework about the course, have GPS or pay attention to the one on the cart…

Got a tee time on line. Got there the tee time was there for me. The gentleman working the counter was very professional and very courteous. The price for the round was very reasonable we got a small discount because the just punched the greens but the greens still rolled. The golf carts had GPS which was great to have. Did not get food but was able to order it on hole eight I think next time I will have to try some. Can not wait to go back. Love the course and the people working there.

Wow! Very pretty course! Skinny fairways, lots of trees, and train tracks that run through the course. The grilled burgers are fantastic! Driving range included with 18 holes was so nice! Would do this course again! Thanks Sand Creek Station staff for your hospitality!

Excellent fairways, excellent staff, excellent practice facilities, GPS carts, excellent greens, excellent tee boxes, excellent price, has beer. 5 stars. Pace of play can be a bit slow on the weekends because it's so popular.

Great course; challenging but fun. Staff actually give you the impression they are glad you chose this course. Good warm up facilities right by clubhouse are included in green fees. GPS on carts. Everything you need to go low. Bring your own golf swing!
