In summary

Estate Golf Course has recently come under new ownership, which some visitors note is leading to improvements in the course's condition and offering a budget-friendly golfing option. However, many reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with the current state of the greens and fairways, citing poor maintenance and a lack of basic amenities. While some appreciate the potential for improvement, others feel the course requires substantial upgrades before it can be considered a worthwhile golfing destination.

Worst condition I have ever seen a golf course in. I used to golf here on occasion 12-15 years ago and while it was still not a great course then, it was a good deal at $13 for 18 holes. Even while only paying $12 for 18 holes, I still feel I overpaid today. The greens are completely burnt out, brown, and like concrete. Some fairways have little to no grass, while even their best fairways have some grass but mostly crab grass. I enquired about why the course is so bad now, after not golfing there for years, and was told that the pump went out for their sprinkler system and that the part should…

This is the worst golf course I have ever been to. I truly believe Hellen Keller wouldn't even like golfing there. The greens are like putting on concrete and the fairways are like trying to find your ball in a corn field. This is the biggest waste of 13 dollars I have ever spent in my life. I should have thrown 13 dollars out the window on the way to this piss poor course rather than playing it. If I could give this course 0 stars I would, because this course sucked!! You should just shut it down and never ever ever think about opening it back up unless there is major changes. MOW YOUR GRASS!…

This is Ohio's bowel movement of a golf course. The greens aren't even puttable in any way. They're missing signs, so getting lost is likely. There is nothing redeeming about this place. I paid under $20 to ride on a Friday morning, and still feel I overpaid.

I played there when Gene Arledge was the owner (Around 1970 - 73). Had a double eagle on #2. Played with Chuck Fletcher & Ramey. Maybe my plaque is still there Anyways, I enjoyed every round with all those I played with. I certainly hope they are still out there. I left there in 1985 for Scottsdale, Az. Now retired in Las Vegas, NV. I love it here. Tell all those beautiful golfers I am alive & well. Walt Baker

Under new ownership, the golf course is turning around, the course is greener and more alive than ever before, go out and have a great time at a fairly cheap price

Course is under new ownership. Needs some repairs, but you can get a decent round of golf for a fairly cheap price.

I was just driving by the old course and can't believe what it has become. We used to have so much fun playing there.
