In summary

Elm Tree Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, scenic hilly layout, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors. The course is noted for being affordable and offering a relaxed atmosphere, with some highlighting its fast-draining nature as a benefit during wet conditions. However, there are criticisms regarding the lack of a water system leading to dry fairways, inconsistent greens, and some negative experiences with customer service, particularly during inclement weather.

I only played the front 9. The fairways were wide open and nicely mowed. Large greens also in nice shape. The course is very hilly and I didn't see any sand or water. The tee boxes were nicely kept and the place was very clean. Nice job done by the grounds crew.

Had lots of fun. Got to play the back nine. Beautiful course. Lots of hills. Good work out if you walk. Course conditions were very dry for early June. Hard to get the ball to hold the greens. Would like to play after more rain or watering. Looking forward to going again.

My go-to course when I don't have a tee time. Very easy to get on, prices are fantastic, and the course is always in great shape. Sure it can get a little dry but if you're local it lets you play a slightly different game depending on the climate. I'd recommend anybody looking to play a round in the area to start here!

Stunning views and equally challenging golf with wonderful undulations around the course!

Fun course! Workers are so nice. Only reason not a five star is because no water system on fairways. Greens in real good shape considering no water (rain) in sometime. Don’t hesitate, go and have a lot of fun!

I paid for two rounds of 18 holes for my fiancé and I. Got to the ninth hole when it started pouring rain and thundering. We made our way back to the club house (not even completing the ninth hole) and asked for a rain check. The person working in the club house denied a rain check (for reasons unknown) and, I was laughed out of the clubhouse by an unruly patron at the bar. Decent course that I do not mind playing but the people that work/play here are enough to keep others away.

No fairways, tee boxes are destroyed, workers seem to hate their jobs, greens have no reception. All around abysmal I would pick 0 stars if it was an option

Worst course I’ve ever played at. Extremely confusing design. With multiple holes crossing paths. The rough isn’t a rough it’s just dried grass with dirt and the fairway is the same so there really isn’t a rough or fairway. Extremely hilly which makes it too difficult to know where the hole you are in goes to. Then greens are either too fast or too slow which making putting extremely difficult to know how fats or soft to hit the ball. Don’t go here, they over priced what they got.

Bruce, the owner keeps this course in great shape. It is by far the fastest draining and drying course in the area so while other course are drowning this course is playable. It is harder than it looks even for a par 35. Lots of movement and smaller greens that require some precision. Prices are far. Carts are new last year. Club house is functional. There is a proshop with lessons available. Also there is a self-serve driving range with excellent equipment.
