In summary

Conley Resort & Golf is appreciated for its well-maintained golf course, with fairways and greens often highlighted as being in good condition, contributing to an enjoyable golfing experience. The pool and water slides are popular among families, with many noting the friendly and accommodating staff. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the outdated and poorly maintained hotel facilities, inconsistent service, and issues with cleanliness in certain areas, suggesting that the resort could benefit from updates and better management.

Went for the golf only and course was in nice shape overall. Couple tee boxes could use some TLC and rough could be a little better maintained but fairways and greens in great shape. Knickers Tavern is only open for hotdogs/to go sandwiches....used to have good food. Hotel area appears to be closed. Overall a fun day for golf....birdie on 18th made my day!

Played 18 holes in the morning. Great outing. Fairways were adequate for halfway decently placed drives. Rough could be challenging. Greens were running true and quick. Good time. I would say that $45 is about top end of what I would pay for a round and cart.

A "resort" style course just outside Butler, PA, Conley has the potential to be a good golf destination. However, the course and resort are in need of some upkeep. While the course and pool facilities make it fun, the overall potential exceeds the actual experience, especially for the rates that are charged.

Recently went down for a golf outing with a large number. We all stayed in the outdoor rooms that held 2. 1 room had 1 outlet working. Shower handle to hot water fell off. Another room had a plate where apparently a fire alarm would have been. Other rooms had various problems associated with them. DO NOT STAY THERE! The golf courses were good BUT recommend do not stay there!

Worst experience ever, terrible, 18 play and stay players Fri-Sunday, employee treatment horrible, lie to us, treated us like crap, had 10:00am tee times, at 8:40(not all people arrived yet) said you tee off at 9:00 or you don’t golf, terrible terrible, this is our 20th outing, 3rd time here(and last) other places thank us, cater to our needs, beg us to come back, the place is a dump (being kind) we know that going in, but getting worse, garbage cans over flowing, community room so dirty couldn’t even go in it, one other tournament, other than that only few other people golf, we’re basically o…

My daughter and I spent the night at Conley's as part of a Girl Scout event. The girls loved playing in the pool and using the water slides. We enjoyed pizza, fruit, veggies, cheese, and crackers in the party room off the pool. The food was very good and our large group was very well accommodated. The staff assisting us was very kind and helpful with every request. My daughter and I also had breakfast in the morning, which was good, but some of the food items were not readily restocked. Our guest room was extremely dated and smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but for one night, it was fine. I d…

If you are brave enough to stay here bless you. I haven’t stayed there just golf but it looks sketchy so good luck. Service is pittsburgh gruff. Serviceable but never friendly. Course was actually very well maintained. It’s was fun. It’s short for sure but for the price being the kids.

I can't recommend the golf here. The carts and cart paths are in pretty rough shape - two of my cup holders were just shattered and one of our carts was entirely missing its windshield and had faulty brakes. We played in the afternoon and evidently there was a frost delay in the morning... a phone call would have been nice to know that our tee time would be delayed 45 minutes. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to rent clubs; they were free! ...for good reason it turns out. No driver, no putter, the whole bag looked like it was made up from lost and found clubs that were muddy, tatte…

Played here Monday 7/5/21....Was charged not a weekend or holiday rate which was nice, most other courses were charging their holiday rates. Greens were perfect, sand was well taken care of, fairways and tee boxes very nice. Rough was a little high, but very playable. Very nice experience today. With that said, I would still have a hard time paying $55 on weekends, just don't see the layout being worthy of that $50+ rate.

Took my 13 yr old son and his friend there for just something to do on a rainy night. They had so much fun swimming! The staff there was so welcoming. Also, the lifeguard on duty was phenomenal. Was extremely attentive and did a fantastic job watching the pool full of kids. Ordered pizza from the lounge and it was yummy! Will definitely re-visit!
