The new owner really cares about this beautiful course and it shows. It was in rough shape but, the improvements are amazing! If you haven't visited lately, you should. They are remodeling the pool area and the Bistro is amazing, offering cold beer, hot chili dogs, fresh baked goods and wonderful grill items.

The course is in great shape right now. The fairways are nice with no bare spots, and the greens are rolling great. I love the layout of the course. It plays very even from front to back as far as difficulty. The putting green was in good shape and the driving range, we didn't use but it looks like it was under construction. It looks like they are making a lot of improvements to the course right now. New sand going into bunkers,etc.. very nice carts. All in all a great course for the Upstate! DO NOT PLAY THIS GOLF COURSE! This course charged me $46 to play nine holes, and it is one of the worst-maintained golf courses in the Upstate. Every tee box is sandy and uneven, the fairways are bad, and even in the summer, they are brown and ugly. The greens are patchy and dead. This course used to be an acceptable course to play because of the price, but now, with the outrageous price increase, I suggest Brookstone or Pine Lake if playing golf in Anderson.

Well, hello there, golfers! I'm excited to help you out with your request. Let's dive right in! As a lover of golf, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to check out Cobbs Glen Country Club in Anderson, South Carolina. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! First off, the course itself is simply stunning. With immaculate greens and fairways that wind through picturesque trees and water features, it's truly a golfer's paradise. The layout of the course is challenging enough to keep things interesting, without being so difficult that it's frustrating for players of all skill levels. It'…

Cobbs Glen Country Club, located in Anderson, South Carolina, is a great course for a fair price. The fairways were well kept and the greens were perfect. This course has several challenging holes, including fourteen and fifteen. Some well placed water hazards make these some exciting holes. The clubhouse is nice, including a full service restaurant. Give them a go the next time you want to paly an exciting round!

Allowing 1 5some out to play is bad enough but there were 3 of them out there today. They were driving all over the course even when it said cart path only some were parking right up on the t-boxes. Price was good but many of the greens are in deplorable condition with lots of dead spots and no grass. Cart paths are not in very good shape either. Recent storm and no one was picking up the debris left behind. This course could be much better

Great course. Great clubhouse. Great food. Great value. I haven’t played here as much as I have other area courses but there’s really no good reason not to play here more. The greens are in great shape. It’s December so it’s hard to tell but I think the fairways are in pretty good shape too. The cart paths could use some work but that’s secondary to the course being in good shape. The clubhouse is nice for a local course, and the food is great. I look forward to coming back more often.

Was highly impressed with the updates the new ownership has invested in. Fairways, Intermediate rough and greens all were very nicely maintained. Greens had been punched but were coming in nicely! They definitely have the nicest golf carts in the upstate (gps carts are rare at public courses here). . Didn't get to check out the restaurant/bar but will next time. Pro shop was nice, had anything you'd need.. We will be going back regularly. If you haven't been in a few years definitely go back and check it out!

Anderson bucket list! If you love golf and want a fun day, look no further! You can enjoy the course by yourself or with family! We love coming here and bringing the kids to hit a bucket of balls at the driving range. Followed by lunch at The Bistro restaurant in the club house! They have the best homemade chocolate chip cookies and coffee! We also joined the pool which is so nice! It reminds me of a beautiful resort. Best of all they added bouncy houses for the children! So fun if you want a fun day with family in Anderson! *Note: some of the course is under construction for new updates as…

THEY NEED A RANGER ON THE WEEKENDS, AND IM VERY CONFIDENT THAT IT WASNT MEMBERS PLAYING SO SLOW,BUT THE SLOW PLAY MADE ME MISERABLE AFTER 5 HOLES.THE GREENS ARENT BAD BUT THEY DONT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN COVERED THIS WINTER SO NOT AS FULLY DRESSED AS MOST COURSES N THE AREA ARE,WHICH MAKES THEM SLOWER.THEY ARE STILL CLEANING UP THE COURSE AND REPAVING THE CARTPATHS IN ORDER FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.THE FOOD IN THE SNACKBAR IS VERY GOOD AND GREAT VALUE. GOOD CARTS ARE A PLUS TOO.I PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK UNTIL THE GRASS IS IN GROWING SEASON. IM UPSET WITH THE SLOW PACE AND NO RANGER BUT OVERALL COUR…

Cobb's Glen has truly impressed me lately. The pool renovations are fantastic—clean, modern, and perfect for families who value a private, upscale atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel the positive momentum under the new ownership. There’s a noticeable difference in the atmosphere, and with more projects visibly underway, it’s clear it's is only going to get better. I was skeptical at first, but having been to the pool and looking around, I'm very impressed. I'm looking forward to extending our pool membership into a full membership and enjoying golf, etc. an…
