Some Thousand Trail people are a problem. Someone was in the pool hall drunk was breaking equipment and being a obnoxious person. Our wifes were there and felt threatened. He was a thousand trail person. They need security. Kids are being kids but can be destructive. They want us to police the park are self. Better managers would be better.

In process of redoing laundromat and restrooms. Lighted Pickleball courts are awesome!

Clerbrook Resort is a large gated RV and golf community with over 1,200 sites. While it offers some nice amenities, it may not be the best fit for everyone, especially larger rigs or families with young children. The biggest challenge we faced was the tight spots. Our 40ft fifth wheel just fit, but all sites are back-in, and many are nestled between vacation cottages, making maneuvering a bit tricky. After 2 issues with 2 rv sites they finally found a decent one for us.

We book through Thousand Trials and our site is picked for us but if you’re not satisfied you can change if one is available. Great activities and three pools to choose from. We stayed for three weeks and had a great time. We will be back again.

Not many activities but felt at home here. People are nice but can be hard to get to know. Definitely we will be back.

Alright place if you like golf but it's so far to any shopping not unless you want to shop at the gas station food Mart down the road 😳

Lots of places around this hotel is under construction, and it looks abandoned :(

Great place to stay with RV and or live part time or full time

If you are going going North in Floridz. Off 27 good place to stop for a rest in season bingo twice a week
