In summary

Clear Creek Golf Course is appreciated by some for its reasonable pricing and pleasant country setting, with certain holes offering a mix of challenge and fun. However, many visitors have expressed concerns about the course's maintenance, outdated facilities, and particularly negative experiences with the management, noting unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. While the course has potential, consistent issues with upkeep and staff interactions detract from the overall experience for many golfers.

Worst golf course I’ve been to, straight disrespectful from the beginning, we were new to golfing, this course isn’t beginner friendly they aren’t understanding towards people who haven’t been there before. Boxes were not marked properly, no proper paths for carts to be on. There was no reason to be so disrespectful towards us and then to hover over us like we needed watched like children.

This place is a hidden gem. Reasonably priced, competitive. The only things that didn’t buy a 5th star were old golf carts and a difficulty (sometimes) getting a tee time Also, if you need to go to the bathroom, plan on using a tree. The bathrooms are not a draw.

This golf course is a great value. Pretty decent conditions for a "daily fee" golf course. Easy front 9 with a challenging back 9. Nice country setting. Friendly staff. Bring your own beer and have some fun!

Basic golf. If you can't hit it straight, you'll be happy because (a) the rough is not rough, and (b) you'll be in the adjacent fairway They keep it green, even during the dog days of August/September. The par 5 along the Eel River (#5) is the hardest hole for me - I think I've sliced a dozen balls in there over the years!

Believe the negative reviews. The course is not well maintained and there is junk everywhere! The clubhouse is so gross… piles of trash, bathrooms are filthy. Paths are eroded, grass not maintained. 2 stars because the surrounding area is beautiful. If this place had an owner who cared, it would be a gem.

I've read the (negative) reviews and wonder what course you guys played on? The lady in the club house was amazing and helpful. I've never been to this course and she was quick to give out advice. The grounds crews were top notch and professional. It's early/mid May and I've been on nearly 15 different courses...this was the 2nd best maintained so far. Great price. Great condition. Great service. The layout and greens were very fun. I can't wait to go back.

Great golf course for starters and seasoned golfers. Not overly challenging, not one single bunker and a little bit of water. If you golf for fun, then this course is for you.

Honestly, a pretty well kept course for the price Yes there is a Area that looks like a dump off to the side of the course but the course its self is well kept. I would go here more if I didn’t feel like a burden to the owners every time give them Money to play on there course. They seem nice to the older golfers so maybe when I am 50 They’ll give me a chance and not assume I’m a jerk.

This could be a real jewel. The crew were all wonderful. It's close to a large population. Been around for 50 years. Looks it. Dingy carts. Terrible cart paths. We lost balls that weren't more than three or four feet off of the fairway because the grass was so high. All of that is correctable. The owner isn't, though. What an incredible jerk!

Well kept greens and fairways. Could use some clean up around the clubhouse.

It's a fun course hole 11, 12, 13, 14, are fun yet enough challenge. Going to hole 2 and 11 are fun going through the woods. I'm just a 3, 4 time a year golfer doing best ball. If this course could have someone invest in it. Get the water cleaned up and do some landscaping and get the sand in the grass bunkers not would easily be a pretty course.

One of the worst courses I’ve ever been to. This course isn’t maintained at all. The owner calls customers “ not real golfers” but the funny part is he doesn’t own a real golf course. We lost more balls in the “fairway” then I’ve ever seen This was like playing golf in your own backyard. Save your money. This place is trash. Speaking of trash. There is plenty of it around
