In summary

Cherry Ridge Country Club is frequently praised for its picturesque setting, challenging layout, and friendly staff, with many visitors highlighting the well-maintained greens and affordable rates. The course's unique features, such as elevation changes and scenic views, contribute to its appeal. However, some guests have noted issues with course maintenance, particularly the fairways and tee boxes, as well as occasional problems with customer service and booking tee times.

I have so many mixed emotions about this course. There so much potential for this course it just falls short. Pricing is very cheap to play a quick 9. The carts are old but they scoot pretty good. There are no cart paths which was a negative for me. The fact that there are no cart paths but they won’t allow you to get your bags in the parking lot is highly questionable. Fairways are in really rough shape I’m assuming from all the rain as of late. The greens were actually the nicest part of the course. With all that being said, it’s aesthetically pleasing and if they can find a way to pour some…

Just a cool course....elevated tee boxes.....tricky greens that roll great.....beautiful trees overhang many tee boxes ....park like setting with a river that runs around the course.....great clubhouse guys.....it just has a ton of character and is a fun course to play!

Played here today. It was such an amazing course. Hills and valley's, running river, well maintained and a great experience. Not to mention $14 for 9 holes. Me and my brother walked which I would not suggest for here simply due to the awesome course design. My legs are beat! Lol. Staff were laid back and exactly what I would hope all course's would have. Will be back for sure!

Greens were alright. Fairways looked like the rough, tee box looked like my backyard, bunkers were like miniature sandboxes, golf carts drive like the vintage cars at cedar point, and service wasnt good. Would not go here again

One star because the clerk at the counter is extremely rude. He chased us on the course to yell about my wife and I missing a hole. I haven't golfed this course in 25 years and will play on the course again just to piss of the clerk again. He talked to us like a dog! 8/19/25

Honestly love this course. Only 9 holes but really fun to play. It's my go to course for 9.

Interesting course in regards to the elevation changes. Nice scenery but can't really tell between fairway and rough. Lots of dead grass when I went and ground was hard which is okay because my balls would roll very far! Nice staff too, a rarity for golf courses in the surrounding area. Easy on the wallet too, one of my favorite 9 hole courses!
