In summary

CenterPointe Country Club receives mixed reviews, with some visitors appreciating the course's layout and friendly staff. However, many express dissatisfaction with the course conditions, citing issues with fairways, greens, and bunkers, as well as disruptions from maintenance activities. Additionally, some guests feel the pricing does not reflect the course's current state, and there are occasional complaints about slow pace of play and inconsiderate behavior from other golfers.

While visiting from Albany area I happen to pound this little gem. I went on a Monday morning but the place was still moderately busy. But pace of play was fantastic. The pro shops not a lot and some of the greens are a little rough, but I thought it was an outstanding value. In the middle of July a lot of golf courses get beat up but if I lived nearby I would play here regularly. Electric carts with lots of pep well marked process from from going to the next tea box. Not a lot of rough or water, but there is some. Actual sand in their bunkers! Something you don't see in a lot of municipal /pu…

The course was fair enough for the price point. Some challenges on the back 9 with the water, but overall fun track. However, the mowers were downright horrible. They were mowing fringe AS PEOPLE WERE PUTTING. This happened on no less than 5 of the back nine causing delays and frustration. It’s one thing to tidy up when players are walking up or driving off, and a hole or two interruption is understandable…but this was literally 7-8 holes where they were disruptive of some sort. Couldn’t get many photos as I leave my phone in the cart. By the way, this is my second time there and there were…

Centerpointe Golf Course was a huge disappointment. I played here many years ago when it was named Kanandaque Golf Course and also about 5 years ago under its current name. Back then it was in decent shape. However, yesterday many of the fairways had large portions that were nearly unplayable requiring either hitting from the dead spot or using “ground under repair” ruling and moving your ball a few feet to some green turf. The greens and fringes had numerous dead spots. And all of the bunkers were completely unplayable unless you prefer and are proficient hitting from hard pack dirt and mud.…

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. ONE MOMENT YOUR PLAYING IN THE LAKE AND THE NEXT YOUR PLAYING IN THE SAHARA DESERT. I CANT BELIEVE THE OWNERS KEEP THE COURSE THIS WAY. FOR THE PRICE IT IS, YOU THINK YOU WOULD BE PLAYING AGUSTA NATIONAL. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GOLF COURSE AS BAD AS THIS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT DOWN TO PARKVIEW FAIRWAYS WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO KEEP A COURSE IN CONDITION. THE PRO SHOP MIGHT LOOK NICE BUT I BOUGHT A GATORADE FOR A PRICE OF $5.50. THE RANGE TEE BOX FEELS LIKE ITS CONCRETE. IF YOUR RICH AND LIKE TO PLAY AWFUL GOLF COURSES THIS IS THE MONEY GUN. - The one and only waynes revi…

This place is a dog track. Unbelievably unplayable and they still charged 56 bucks to play. The brain trust in the club house thought that 3 and 2 would be faster than a 5. They waited until we got off 18 to lecture us when we let the only group behinds us play through. We waited on a 2 some every hole and played in 4:10. I would avoid this place at all costs, specifically what they charged. The old lady in the club house definitely has a fur coat made out of dalmation skin.

I haven’t been to Centerpointe in many years but knew it was a well kept course in the past. Not anymore. There’s not one fairway with grass . Just spotty patches. Only played 9 holes on a Sunday afternoon and was charged $41 and that’s the senior rate. Ridiculous!

Staff was really nice but the course was the worst I’ve ever played on. I couldn’t tell what was the fairway or not. Tee boxes were also terrible. Greens not bad tho. Still would not recommend.

The staff were very nice, the course has a great layout, but it was in poor condition. Fairways and greens were burned out from the summer heat.

Played there yesterday, the course is in terrible condition. They charge $43 for a senior when the conditions are like this it isn't worth $10. My group will never go back.

Fairway was completely broken, greens were almost entirely torn apart, by far the worst course I’ve ever played at in my life 0/10 do not recommend.

Excellent service. Long wait for food. Not the servers fault. Apparently if you're not on the member/important person list, you get bumped to the bottom. My parents love the place, but we'll never step foot in there again.
