I recently organized a long weekend of golf for 15 golfers with one of our stops being Beechwoods. This was planned the prior year and involved several phone calls with the staff. They stayed in touch in the months leading up, even gave us their personal contact information. With frost to start the morning and lots of moisture in the days prior I thought they extended very reasonable accommodations for us to still play. The course must drain very well because it was in great condition, everyone from my group enjoyed themselves.

Have played many times and will play again tomorrow afternoon. Always a great experience. Nice course, reasonable price, friendly staff. Never an issue. Amanda Williams must have issues! 😅

Course is always in great shape and one of the best to play in the area. It is well maintained and managed great. Includes driving range and nice practice green. Definitely one of my favorites to play in the area. Never had a bad day at Beechwoods and always enjoy my day there. Very affordable as well. I have absolutely no complaints about this course at all.

Absolutely an awful experience. My family and I will never return here. The woman at the front desk had an awful attitude from the moment we got there, like she really couldn't be bothered to do her job. 0/10. No stars if I could. Do not golf here if you just want to enjoy the game.

This course is a really good time. Front is hilly, a little tight but not too long. The back is open, with interesting shots around water. It is a good mix. I was really surprised after there being snow on the ground last week, that the condition was very good to almost excellent. This is a nice example of PA golf.

I was turned onto this course the end of July by my friend Vic from the Force Hotel. My brother and I planned an end of the year weekend golf tour with our friends. This was our first course of the tour. My two prior visits of 9 holes each visit was "extremely" enjoyable. We were not disappointed once again! Jim at the pro shop was great! He knew we were from out of town and was telling us places to eat. We had a late tee time and only played 9 holes but can't wait to go back and play 18 holes! I wish I lived closer to this course so I could join a weekly league. Front 9 is narrow and challeng…

We have gone to this area for some April golfing for the last 2 years. Course was recommended from a pro at another course. Staff have been great every time we have played there. Since we were early in the season and the only 2 groups on the course, they arranged for us to call so they would open the bar for us after our 9 holes. Couldn't have asked for better and course has been very well taken care of. Very challenging.

It is more like a 3.5, but i rounded up. It is a pretty course, though can be confusing to navigate at the beginning if you have never been there before. The roughs are especially rough, and they do not allow any outside food or drinks. I think allowing outside alcohol would be a big positive for them, even if they charged you $5-10 in order to do so, in case you bring something special you want to drink, or don't find anything you like with their selection.

I love beechwoods! I try to play here as often as I can. The course is always in good condition(greens, fairways & even tee boxes). The course itself is fairly open with course design and pin placements adding challenging holes. Usually not packed and pricing is fair for the area.

Signage around the clubhouse is a little confusing. I wasn't the only one who had difficulty finding the first tee.... But once we started playing, it was very enjoyable! Some challenging holes, water hazards, and eide open fairways to give you a break from time to time makes for a very enjoyable day at the course.
