In summary

Airport Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained course, interesting layout, and excellent amenities, including clean facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The food and bar services receive positive feedback, with particular appreciation for the friendly and hardworking staff. However, some visitors have experienced issues with customer service, including difficulty booking tee times and occasional rudeness from staff members, which detracts from the overall experience for some players.

We drove up while visiting Denver just to check Wyoming off our list of states we've played golf in. Wasn't expecting much from this course, but boy were we pleasantly surprised. First let's talk about conditions. From tee to green, the course was amazing. There's plenty of interest in the layout, and it's no push over as far as scoring goes. There's a storm shelter on virtually every hole. You'll find clean bathrooms out on the course (at a level you'd expect from an expensive private course). Working soda vending machines also at these bathroom stations. We just had a blast playing here and…

The food was not bad, but the little girl working the counter made the whole stop worth it. She was great. She made us both smile.

Nice course with a large variety of holes. Front nine is all course management, back nine a little.more geip-it-and-rip-it. An added plus when the Thunderbirds flew over.

The food in the lounge is awesome, the course in its peak season is very well kept and beautiful. I absolutely love this place.

My daughter had lessons here with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and kind and got her going with the basics. Course was in great condition.

Edit: don’t show up on a Tuesday afternoon because the pro shop will be closed apparently Can’t get anyone to answer a phone call. Secretary will just end the call so you can’t even leave a message. No information about driving range on website. Shame this is one of the only options for a golf course in Cheyenne, I guess since that’s the case they don’t bother with customer service

The course is fun and definitely maintained and enjoyable. The staff though, rushed our group and was rude to us as playing customers who stopped by the bar for a quick lunch. We were already ahead of everybody else as well as no one in front or behind us. I say staff but it was really only 1 person. Hopefully you won't have that person servicing you. Other than that, food is good. Course is fun. Price is great.

If only the service were as decent as the course. Enjoyed the front 9 one day as that's all the time I had to play. Return a few days later to play the back 9 at 7:30am on a Thursday to an empty parking lot as a single and was told not only could I not play the back 9 but also wouldn't be able to get out for 2.5 hours. Also singles can't make tee times. Circus.

Clean, top notch course, great inexpensive food and friendly locals, (except an old guy named Fred that gets his rowdy on sometimes). On weekends they bring in local singers that pull in the crowds with their great music. Membership is inexpensive and has many perks. Chef Daryl and the guys cook up delicious specials, many of which you'd pay $30~ a plate for anywhere else. Jason, the bar manager is amazing. His expertise and hard work keeps the club going strong. I hope they're paying him enough!
