We’re staying at the KOA outside Shelby. This course is just around the corner. Decided to give it a try. Beautiful setting, and well cared for. The staff were very friendly and a great lunch at the cafe/pro shop. Would definitely recommend.

Nice 18 hope golf course. Small kitchen bar menu. Pro shop has balls clothes bags clubs tees the norm but small selection. Prices all seem reasonable. Not the most premium course I've been on but interesting and has a nice variety of challenges but has plenty of bail out areas if your game is a little loose and good for beginners. I like their pull/push carts they have little metal baskets for head covers, balls, phone.

This my friends was a terrific golf course. The owner and staff provided a wonderful golf outing for the local highschool. I encourage all that golf to enjoy woody ridge at least once you will be back

Loved the course. Mildly technical on some holes which is nice. I'm not from around Shelby, but the people who golf here are kind of rude. I have two toddlers and a wife who's still learning golf and I had multiple interactions with a few guys frustrated asking to pass us. I've never had this issue in Ashland or Mansfield where I normally golf. So I'm just going to assume this place isn't very friendly to beginners. A lot of the groups seemed to be rushing through and putting pressure on us and others. I probably won't be back.

Woody Ridge is a great course when you least expect there to be one. It's the perfect spot to golf when you're camping at Shelby Mansfield KOA.

Warm sunny 70 degree day and the driving practice range is closed because it's to wet?? (it hasn't rained in 48 hours) The rest of the coarse is open. It's unfortunate this is NOT posted on their website.

Wouldn’t let 3 people golf 9 with a cart at 5:20. The sun doesn’t set until after 7. And were rude

Very nicely maintained. The driving range is a little different but the course is really nice. The rough isn't very rough anywhere and it has some long holes that are challenging.

We were in the area and decided to play a round of golf. The course was in nice shape especially the greens. A very friendly course for the average golfer. Everyone we talked to we're friendly, my wife was even invited to join t a Thursday women's group. I recommend this place for anyone to enjoy a round of golf.

My car was leaking coolant, and I was about 5 minutes away from home needing to refill the coolant bottles with some water to make it there. Not only did they refill the bottles for me, they also refilled my water bottle and they helped me get my car back on the road. 😊 All of the staff I interacted with were very kind, and I so appreciated their help! 😊

I love this course. I would highly recommend it to beginners. It's easier than other courses in the area but still challenging enough for me that I have yet to par it. The employees are all great, especially the lady that's been running the food part since I've been going there
