What People Say

In summary

Whispering Winds Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly staff, enjoyable course layout, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both golfing and dining. The club's breakfast and lunch offerings receive high praise for taste and value, though some find the food prices slightly high. While the course is generally considered fun and in decent shape, there are concerns about the condition of the greens, which have some weed growth affecting play.

Just north of unplayable. No putting because weeds are grown around every hole. The terrain is rough and there is more dirt and weeds than grass.

I've only gone here once so far, and only to eat breakfast, but this is the best breakfast I've eaten in years. The food is very diner style, while the menu has some unique options. When I tell you the one-egg breakfast with a biscuit and gravy is literally the best breakfast available on Cannon, though, you better not take that lightly.

BLT and tots were delicious. Rest of my group got burgers and everyone loved them. One guy says they are the best he's had. Service was quick and friendly.

Not the greatest golf course, but it's funding that caused that

The good has been consistently pretty great. Breakfast burritos are highly recommended during breakfast hours ( <1015)

Great food prices and portions. Go here. Just do it. The staff is great. Breakfast and lunch specials are the best.

Course is fun and in Decent shape. The greens are full of some kind of invasive weed growth that makes nutting a bit more difficult. Overall nice course

Good course with friendly employees. The only thing is id improve is most all the holes was a straight drive when I'd like to see a few more bends and obsticals.

Enjoy playing golf there. Had my first ever hole in one on May 12 2021 at Whispering Winds Golf Course. I have been playing there for years with my brother in law.

Friendly staff and overall decent course. The greens could use some TLC but ultimately a fun course to play any day of the week.

For the area, it's a good course. Nothing special as it is overall flat and straight. No sand to worry about but a few holes with water.
