In summary

Westmoreland Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, challenging yet enjoyable layout, and friendly staff, with many visitors appreciating the reasonable prices and quality amenities. However, some guests have reported negative experiences with customer service, particularly regarding policies on children and rain checks, and a few have mentioned encounters with unprofessional behavior from staff. Despite these issues, the course remains a popular choice for its overall quality and setting.

On the counter we had the lady greet us, awesome customer service 😎, the green was pretty. Played there maybe a dozen times last year and completely enjoyed the course and the hospitality. Very reasonable greens fees too. Good mix of holes too.

Prices comparetively to other courses in the area. Clean well maintained carts, the course is well kept as are the greens. Challenging yet fun layout.

I’ve been teaching my six year old son how to golf and since WGC is about a mile from my house I assumed that would be our home course. When we arrived at the course a large unleashed dog approached my son, I stood between them. A man(who seemed like he worked there) said that the dog was friendly and that he’s the course dog, he then called the dog away. I asked the man where the driving range was and he explained that they didn’t have one. I explained that my son wasn’t ready for a round of golf yet, and if it was OK if we used the putting green. He said “yeah.” Once on the practice green a…

Love going to westmo, very nice course snd everything, only issue I have is having to pay for 18 holes when I’m only playing 9 just because my wife wants to ride with me, rip offs haven’t played there much this year.

I have video proof, and from neighbors and law enforcement of the older blonde lady 50s harassing me and hitting me because i brought beverages onto the course. she hit my phone out of my hand and i am in the middle of pressing charges as this happened today, she also put her hands on my gf and shoved her, all because we brought drinks. the place has no cameras so be careful

The first two holes seemed nice. But when we got rained out by the third hole we couldn’t finish. It was sprinkling when we started, but we figured if it ended up coming down hard we would just get a rain check. We thought wrong, the woman working whom I believe to be part owner refused to give us a rain check. We were told we knew it was going to rain out. I’ve never been turned down a rain check at any golf course ever, until we played at Westmoreland. Terrible customer service. Again the course seemed nice, but don’t ever plan on good public relations.

Can't say a bad thing about this course! Good food at the bar and friendly staff always looking to accommodate! Wish there were 18 holes because 9 are so fun here you'll want more!

What a joke. Google says open, Facebook says open, get there and can’t play. Same women others mention being rude or problems with comes up to me and goes “you in the mens league?” I said no just want to do two people with a cart. She simply goes “Nope” and taps the bar top. Goes you can at 11… (it was 9 at the time). The place looked less crowded than it can be on the weekend. But no apology or nothing. Glad to see a local clubhouse doing so well it’s able to turn customers away. Hope more people don’t run into problems here. There are lots of courses within 10-15 mins with much friendlier st…

Was told to leave after bringing my son to hangout with me while I played. Was told if he's not 8 and don't have his own clubs then we need to leave. Rude people definitely don't support this place.

Very well taken care of. It’s a challenging course that at the same time is friendly to the average golfer. genuinely one of my favorite courses I’ve ever played.
