In summary

Turkey Creek Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained fairways and greens, beautiful layout, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both casual rounds and tournaments. The course offers a mix of challenging and moderate holes, with water features adding to the strategic play. However, some visitors have experienced communication issues regarding course closures and noted occasional maintenance concerns, such as practice green conditions and unaddressed pitch marks.

This is a nice 18 hole course. The staff is friendly. Course is pretty wide open with not a lot of trouble off the tee. The practice green was in bad shape when I was there. Greens on the course were fine and course overall was in good shape.

This is a great, clean, beautiful & well taken care of course. The staff is also great and always very helpful. We will actually be there again tomorrow for another tournament.

Attended the A4a state golf tournament here. Nice course. They did an excellent job holding the tournament despite torrential rain. Staff deserves a lot of credit for allowing the tournament despite the conditions. Thanks!

The course was beautiful and in excellent condition. It greatly exceeded my expectations and is much more beautiful and challenging than the pictures online. There is water on almost every hole so tee shots had to be calculated and fairly accurate especially in windy weather…not much room for error considering the tall thick grasses growing between fairways and Turkey creek winding through the course. I really enjoyed our early October round.

Great course. Beware range is closed for state tournament coming up. Gave awesome rate for second round. So if you have time and the course is open be sure to ask to run it back. The people running the course are amazing people to deal with in my experience.

Great small town public course. Fairways are wide with perfect grass. Rough was not too high. Nice mix of hole lengths. We'll be back when we are looking for a little road trip and a relaxing round of golf. Well done!

Terrible experience. Staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I could not get on due to couples night I asked to hit range balls and was told they were out and all I could do was putt. No apologies, no customer service, just laughing and denial of service. Will not be supporting this business in the future.

Did not inform us that the course was closed, we drove over an hour to play a round and I checked my email and nothing was sent about the course being closed very poor communication.

Played the course yesterday and have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance, cost and layout. This was even after the same day of their Member-Guest tournament and the greens were still in great shape. Fun layout, that doesn't require you to hit driver too often. Will be back very soon!

Course was in beautiful condition. Very fun course, has a nice mix of very challenging to moderate holes. Course is more open then some making it a little more forgiving. Definitely worth it to give this course a try.

I usually play the Great Life courses in Topeka and if you're familiar with the courses you know they are a little rough to say the least. After playing turkey creek it's going to be hard to go back to playing those glorified pasture lands. Course is well maintained and a nice variety of holes. Only complaints are a drained pond with dead fish that stunk and people not repairing their pitch marks, but that's not the courses fault just the patrons.
