I was at The Loft at Sweet Water last night. I have not been there in years and have always been pleased, but based on last night's experience, I am NOT looking forward to attending another event there. The wait staff was inadequately trained but well meaning. The best part of the tasteless and not warmed food were the rolls. Although I must admit that the presentation of the cheese and fruit table was wonderful. This was not provided by the caterer. The venue is very pleasant. I appreciate the response and will look forward to an experience like my previous ones with your recommended caterer…

Not really thrilled at my experience here. (According to the menu picture I posted, I was at "THE LOFT AT SWEETWATER FEATURING TAPPED OUT". If this isn't "The Loft at Sweet Water" maybe that shouldn't be written on the menu....) Service was friendly but slow. Food was okay but not great. I had the Kung Pao Chicken stir fry, and it wasn't up to the standard of most Chinese restaurants, but maybe I should have expected that before ordering that dish here. The others at my tables ordered sandwiches and salads and seemed to like them. There was a weird smell by our table that was not very appealin…
