Buyer beware. I have owned at the Harbor since 2008. Unfortunately, I willingly signed the HoA agreement in 2008, as I was an early adopter. I assumed over time as lots and condos were sold and developed the rules would grow and develop with them. If you are considering buying today, 10+ years later read the documents carefully. Leasing restrictions do not allow rentals short of six months so your VRBO and Airbnb options are virtually not available. If you intend to sell at some point you may not post a "for sale" sign on your property. The developer also has first right of refusal on who you…
