The Golf Course at Thanksgiving Point is widely appreciated for its picturesque mountain setting, challenging layout, and well-maintained fairways and greens. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and professionalism, enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors have noted issues such as inconsistent sand trap conditions, occasional slow pace of play, and the high price point relative to certain course conditions.

This is a really nice golf course. I was disappointed with not having the nicest of carts, but the location was very nice. The fairways play really long, and it can take a while to get to the pin even on a Par 4. But it’s still a great course! Excited to go back soon.

Maintenance was getting better this year but then the greens got hit with fungus pretty hard. No discount. They're still charging full price. You would think for what they are charging they could afford to have a decent fungicide program to avoid getting fungus on their greens. Conditions are not good. Probably want to avoid this course for at least a couple months for the greens to heal. Also, the cups looked like they hadn't been changed in several weeks. It's a shame for what should be Utah's premier public track. Update: They did a pretty good job recovering the greens. They had to patch…

This golf course is absolutely amazing, the courses vibes of chill and professional mix is amazing to me. The overall quality of the greens and tee boxes are the best in Utah. The price is on the high side but so worth it for the amount of beautiful course you get to play. The golf range is wide and very subtle with huge mat like greens you can aim for with a lot of variety of distances, they also provide rental clubs for not only your round but even for the range as well.

This course was in fantastic shape. Don’t be afraid to go back and play the tips, course doesn’t feel like it’s 7700 yards. I had a great experience here, went in the evening around 5 and essentially had the course to myself. Will play again when back in Utah. Only complaint are the sand traps. Filled with rocks, you guys need to spend the money to put high quality sand in these especially with the way the course is setup.

Beautiful Troon Course! Tons of elevated tee shots with mountain views. It is a very long course, but offers plenty of forgiving areas. Greens rolled true and were kept in prestine condition. Practice Range: Grass with Flags up to 250+ Practice Putting Green: Smaller (40feet) Carts: GPS Restaurant on the turn $$$, but excellent food. I found rates from 70-90$ and felt it was well worth the price. I will be back to play again. Shot a 81 from the Tips

Back 9 in particular was some of the most fun golf I remember. Views for days! Greens recently punched so slow and not great but this course is underrated IMO at 4.3 stars (based on today’s average)

One of my favorite golf courses I've played. The scenery is always amazing. I don't think I've ever played there without seeing a handful of deer or more. The course is very challenging and fun. The staff has always been very kind and helpful to me.

Had an early tee time at Thanksgiving Point thanks to a heads-up from one of the pros, but when we showed up, The pro shop hadn’t been told. But Gary who works in the pro shop handled it. He made a quick call to the head pro, got the details sorted, and let us through without making it a big deal. The course was well kept, and even though it’s a bit difficult, we had a good time. THANKS Gary!
