In summary

Sutton Creek Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, picturesque setting, and friendly, accommodating staff. The course layout offers a mix of challenging holes with a variety of tee options, contributing to a rewarding playing experience. However, some visitors express concerns about the pricing of green fees and range balls, as well as occasional inconsistencies in course conditions, such as green speeds and maintenance of facilities like ball wash stations and signage.

What a great day today at Sutton Creek. They had a tournament and to allow more people an opportunity to also play they ran a double crossover to perfection before the shotgun. Always utilizing creative ways to maximize the public’s enjoyment!! Best condition course around and as always the staff are always fantastic!! What a great day had by our foursome. We even almost had an ace to top it off on #16. One more roll it was in!!

What can I say about Sutton? The course is always well manicured the greens are always in great shape. The staff is always terrific. In my opinion, it’s the best course in Windsor Essex County dollar for dollar you can pay more. You can pay less, but you’re not gonna get the quality in the experience you get here.

Always in great condition. Great staff. The owners work at the course. Great layout. Challenging. Some open links style. Some tree lined. Many options off the four tee boxes. Good luck from the gold Tees. Greens are a mix from large to small but very challenging with many elevations . 18th hole is risk reward. I go for it every time. Straight away par 5 with an island green. Great value. You will not be disappointed. Cannot hit driver on every hole. Have to plot your way around the course. FUN Great practice facility. 20 mins from downtown Windsor. Comparable value for the area.

Not a bad course and always a good time. Unfortunately it’s extremely over priced and cost more than anywhere else in the area. 70$ walking is very steep for what you get since the course isn’t in great condition. Also 13$ for a small bucket of balls? Get real. Can go to nicer courses for cheaper.

Played here for the Community Living fundraiser. Course was in fantastic shape. Nice to see the upkeep. Moving the tees on 11 was a great change!

Beautiful and picturesque golf course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. I’d play here again in a heartbeat!

I’ve just moved to the area and have golfed here a few times now and really enjoy the course! It looks like they’re doing some nice improvements and although it is a tough course because it’s a long one, it’s a really nice layout/design and very enjoyable to play. Rates are fair and staff are friendly. Pace of play has never been an issue. A couple of thoughts….benchs at regular interval for walkers and ball washers, garbage bins.

Great course and staff! The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the cost of range balls. A small bucket of balls (40) runs you 14 dollars. You get double the range balls anywhere else for that price. Course looks great, lots of great improvements, great children's classes, etc.

Sutton creek is an atrocious course. Consistently the worst course in windsor and essex county. Value is a disaster compared to premier courses such as ambassador, kingsville and Donald Ross designed Roseland. Would highly not recommend attending this course literally ever.
