Summertree Golf Course

Course was very well maintained, greens are big an pretty challenging. Friendly staff answered all questions I had. Would recommend this course all day for $26 !!

Summertree golf course is a real pleasure for any player. Well-groomed lawns, picturesque views, and excellent layout. Playing here is a real pleasure. Challenging but interesting holes, high-quality turf. The clubhouse is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Summertree is a great place for relaxation and sports. PLEASE READ! TERRIBLE!!! I came with my 7 year old son and played best ball. Our tee time was at 10:37. We went to the box at 10:34 to find 3 SEPARATE groups waiting to tee off. It took 35 minutes before we got to the second tee. I called in to inquire if they have someone to monitor the tee times since it’s a 9 hole course. Since it was our first time I wanted to see how they operated. After the first hole we decided to just go back to the driving range. When I went back into the club house I asked for a refund, in which I was told “if I get a refund, we will never be allowed back.” It was te…

I just played this course, on Sunday, 1-5-25. This course is a gem. Summertree Golf Course was in very good condition. It’s really nice to see employees proud of their golf course. I’m really glad that I found this place to play. It’s about an hour from our home. But, it was worth the drive, to get there.

Have really enjoyed playing this golf course once or twice a week for the past several months. But today (9-27-25) had a pretty negative experience, while on the course with a business associate, we parked a little close to the green, and an employee pulled up, and started screaming at us and hurling profanities, and insults. He climbed into our cart, and drove it like a maniac back to the cart path. Very unprofessional behavior, inconsiderate of paying customers. If one of my employees behaved in this manner, they would be looking for a new job.

Very fun 9-hole course that you can easily play back to back to get a full 18. I believe it was $23 for playing through twice. Well maintained throughout and the staff was very friendly. Greens were slower than I am used to and was a nice change.

We have golfed here twice now and we love it. We are both picking up the game again after 20 plus years and the course is good for beginners bc it is pretty straight, but enough hazards to keep it interesting while we build our skills again. The cost is reasonable so we can go frequently. The staff is friendly and helpful and the course is beautiful with plenty of wildlife to see.

This is a fun little 9-hole course. It's not that easy either. We had a great time getting a warmup round before we played 18 more somewhere else. I would recommend this course if you are short on time for sure. One of the nicer 9-hole courses I have played!

If I was able to give no stars I would. The amount of disrespect we received this afternoon was disheartening and just plain disrespectful. Arriving we received no greeting and no acknowledgment.. next we let the gentlemen at the desk know we were there for our time at 12:15. My wife asked to rent a set of clubs (Yes I said it TWO WOMEN WANTING TO PLAY GOLF) and we were told immediately told no and “have you ever even golfed before” my wife who actively does golf was bringing me for my first time so we were completely taken back by his remark ! Played this course 4 times on a recent holiday to the area from England. It's a lovely course, well kept with lovely greens . I played 18 holes 3 of the 4 visits. Friendly staff. Good to see the varied wildlife. Deer, alligator, cranes etc. And enjoyed a freshly brewed coffee afterwards. Would certainly return.
