Stonebridge Golf & Country Club

Very beautiful golf course where they are currently replacing the sand in the sand traps. However they recently replaced the menu in the club house and raised the prices. Don't know if they hired a new cook but the quality has gone down some what. Every pond has a alligator sunning in heat which is nice to see.

Played this course in August 17th 2023. Overall this is a great public course. The staff is extremely friendly and the course is in pretty good shape and is even getting better from the looks of things. Bunkers well maintained, fairways cut well, and greens roll true and smooth. There is drinking water throughout the course which is important on these hot summer days. Must land in fairways or you will be in the woods or water hazard. There is danger all over the course. Some of the greens have some rough spots but nothing in the way for a good round. An Outstanding Hidden Gem! I had an excellent experience at Stone Bridge Golf Course. The staff was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The course itself was both fun and challenging, with greens that rolled pure and true. It’s a real hidden gem that I’d highly recommend to golfers of any level. A resort like golf course (like the ones in Hilton Head). Staff at the Pro Shop is friendly and professional. Haven't tried their food yet. Overall, great to have such a well kept and scenic golf course in Albany.

I love this place! Great food. Great people. Beautiful scenery. A hidden gem that few people know about. Such a wonderful experience.

The young man that is always at the front desk in the pro shop is a doll! He is so friendly to me every time I drop by. He is never on his phone and always working hard at his job. So thankful for the great service Stonebridge has to offer. Keep it up!

Played a VGA event here and the course was excellent, fair and challenging

We were guests at the club for Mother's Day. Our hosts were told it was supposed to be a buffet. When we got there, no buffet and the food (brunch) looked horrible. Only five entrees and it was mostly egg dishes. Not setting foot within 10 miles of that place ever again

Kitchen is disgusting. Food has mold and growing inside of coolers. I've already called food and health department. I wish I never went back there in that kitchen. Never again. Ok but places can't be perfect but they don't even try to be decent
