In summary

South Suburban Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained courses, scenic views, and friendly staff, with many enjoying the challenging yet enjoyable layout, especially the par 3 course. The club offers a variety of amenities, including a well-stocked bar and a restaurant with good food. However, some visitors express frustration with the slow pace of play, booking difficulties, and occasional service issues, which can detract from the overall experience.

Decent to good food. Well stocked bar. Excellent service in restaurant and pro shop. Nice driving range with separate chipping and putting greens. I only used the practice areas and driving range. $13 for 100 balls. There were less expensive options. From what I could see, both the 18 hole regulation course and par 3 were in very good to excellent condition.

Played the par 3 with my daughter. Was a very easy walk, plenty of shade and a fun course. The course was equally easy to play for kids but still fun for adults to golf with. Had a good mixture of greens and open spaces for beginners. Shortest was about 90 yards and longest was about 190 yards. Excellent variety and great price. Look forward to playing the 18.

I golfed here for the first time on Easter Sunday. 3:40 tee time and played 9 with my boyfriend. The course is beautiful. Afterwards we had the nachos with chicken - delicious! I licked the plate (but made sure no one was looking 😂). The staff is very nice too. I can’t wait to come back and play more this summer ⛳️

What a hidden gem of a place for dinner & sunset. Went there tonight and only 4 tables full. Views from the outdoor patio are incredible. Where is everyone? Food & service was great!

This place is a cash grab and a headache to play. First off, the pro shop forces you to pay for a cart even if you’re riding solo or getting paired up with randoms. No flexibility, no common sense, just squeezing every dollar they can. Tee times are stacked way too tight so you’re basically hitting into the group ahead all day or waiting on every single shot. Pace of play is brutal. What should be a relaxed round turns into a 5+ hour slog. Course itself isn’t worth dealing with all that. Way better options out there. Would not come back.

Had a great round here today with amazing views of the mountains and hilly terrain. Greens were fast, so bring your short game. Nice club house as well, with good food and service.

Went to get a small bucket of balls after a long day of work, and a young teen came up to me and closed the door on me. Saying they were closed and politely asked why and he told me; they close at 8pm, (which it was not) he rude said “don’t be hostile, we close when we want” so I left not wanting to be confrontational. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since I grew up playing this course and have never had a problem before. I usually love this course but I hate to say it but it’s gone down hill with the service I guess:(

Played the par 3 course since a teen. And have a love for it. But this place is way over priced you can play 18 hole par 3 tracks in better condition in Los Angeles and Orange County enjoy the beach air for about 20% less than here across the board. Tee times, buckets of balls cart rentals etc all over priced. Also it’s beyond impossible to get tee times now for non residents on the 18hole track. Literally will sign in 7:00pm when the times come online and there is slim picking during the peak heat of the day.

Great course, but terrible twilight golf policy and terrible booking system. I had a 6:40pm tee time. Sunset was at 8:40pm. I accepted the full price since it was likely I should be able to finish 9 holes before dark. But they turned on the sprinklers at 8:30pm. If you’re going to charge full price at least give us a chance to finish. Additionally it’s impossible to get tee times if you’re not a south suburban resident, which I’m just slightly out of the boundary in highlands ranch. I signed on the moment they were released to public and the 6:40pm time was the earliest available on a weekday.…

What an amazing patio and view for happy hour. We went several times this week. Haven't had food yet. But, everything I've seen brought out looks yummy. They also have live bands on the weekend. Can't wait to check that out.

5 hours 40 minutes to play 18. 3 hours front 9. Let the pro shop know how bad it was at the turn. Was told it gets busy on the weekends and they don't have a Marshall. It's busy everywhere on the weekends and l've never had 9 holes take 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back unless they figure out how to manage their course. Getting an earlier tee time is also impossible even as a resident and being on the website the moment tee times are opened up.
