Disappointing Experience I visited around 3:00 PM and had an unpleasant experience. The front desk staff member was unprofessional and rude. Later, I overheard her arguing with a FedEx delivery driver about not being allowed to use the building’s restroom, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate. Customer service plays a significant role in a resort’s reputation, and if this level of service continues, it may discourage guests from returning.

I played there recently as a guest of a member while on vacation. The hospitality from Cliff, Greg, and so many others was First Class. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. Our caddie, Gray, was very knowledgeable about the course and was excellent at reading greens. Lastly, this may be the most beautiful course I’ve ever played. You’re surrounded by the Grand Tetons on one side and Sleeping Indian on another.
