In summary

Riverside Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained condition, scenic layout with plenty of trees, and friendly, accommodating staff. Many appreciate the course's balance of challenging and straightforward holes, making it suitable for various skill levels. We loved our time at the course. Reservations were easy online. course was well maintained and it was relaxed and professional all at once. We will be back!

People are nice. Staff is nice. It's a good mellow.local course, where you can be yourself and have a good time. My photos are early in the year so grass is still in hibernation and not green yet. Can't tell you about difficulty or anything. I don't have the experience. I just like to go hang out with my friends and have a good time. You can accomplish that here.

Fun, challenging course. I love the shade from all the trees, the mountain views and variation across the course. Only 3 stars due to habitually slow play due to poor course management and no water or refreshment cart on the course. Carts are pretty old and beat up as well. Overall the staff, service and course maintenance is pretty solid though.

5+ hour round. Started our tee time 20 minutes late… they don’t care about their golfers having a good experience.

Vestige of the past. Challenging "muni" course with Postage Stamp Greens. Plenty of uphill-downhill. Most muni courses are very flat throughout the entire course. Very little sand. Even less water. Can easily find yourself with a difficult shot around the greens. Roadside holes. Railroad comes into play. Even wild life you are next to the Portneuf River too remember. I really enjoyed this course. The golfers were all nice & down to earth. Clubhouse staff on point especially Lance. Food & drink good. Course is in good shape. Way more challenging than what it looks like on paper. Perfect course…

This course is plagued by twilight Myers. It is poorly managed, if at all and if you find yourself playing 18 towards the end of the day. This course continually puts two-sums in front of you slowing you down, pushing you past your 4 hour mark. Bummer This course is in great shape at the moment. I was pleased with the variety of challenging holes and easy holes. Customer Service was a plus. Pace of play was less than desirable as back ups occurred constantly. The Marshall on this course might as well stay home. I’m not sure what he thought he was doing out here. Laughable.

It's a great Muni course. I am not a huge fan of adding difficulty through bizarre foliage choices so that's my only complaint, hilariously long rough just for the sake of losing a ball or two. Not a terribly challenging course, but nicely managed and well kept. I'm a 6 hdcp and I'll typically shoot +4 here if that helps.

Nice course. Well kept. Players and staff sucked. 7 minutes apart for tee times. People right on top of each other. Complaining our group was too slow. We fiished our first 9 with 4 people group in 1 hour 54 minutes and that wasn't fast enough.

Did full 18 30 minutes under the course pace and still got griped at for going too slow. Passed by 7-8 other golfers that called the office complaining without ever saying anything to us. Some staff were rude/ not understanding. Tee times were 6-7 minutes apart. When we finished our round there was 5 groups waiting to tee off Course was okay, the holes were not prepared correctly so if the flag was still in the pin the ball couldn't fall. Made for a very unenjoyable experience overall

NOT AMATEUR FRIENDLY!! If your learning and trying to have some fun don't come here. Most golfers are rude and feel entitled. They don't like confrontation. Instead of asking to pass us they call and cry... your a child. Get over it. How are you supposed to learn?? We paid just like everyone else. Basically if your new come at 8pm and ask for half off..... faster
