In summary

Red Apple Inn & Country Club is praised for its well-maintained golf course, beautiful setting, and friendly staff, offering a charming and elegant atmosphere for various events and dining experiences. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about customer service at the front desk and issues with outdated facilities. Despite these criticisms, many guests find the inn to be a delightful retreat with excellent dining options and a welcoming environment.

Front desk was rude and handled a situation with a long time member of red apple and Eden isle community EXTREMELY POORLY. They denied us access to the gym there and would not let us claim our member key cards that they had switched to over member numbers. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this experience and how the extremely seasoned women at the front talked and acted towards me and another longtime member of the community. Red Apple class and quality has gone down!

First, when you walk through the front doors the smell of mildew and old building smells. The decor is beautiful. We had 8 people in our party so they automatically added 20% tip to each person's bill. One person did not eat due to the mildew smell. The food was decent. There was one person at our table that was paying for 2. She gave both bills along with credit card and she signed both bills. The waitress brought back each persons receipts. And when she counted the people she exclaimed "one of you didn't pay" when one person quietly told her that the one person paid for 2 , the waitress aske…

Golf course is in the best shape we have ever seen! Chris and Zane in the pro-shop couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating.

We are staying on Eden Isle, the community around Red Appel Inn. The Inn is a great location for a meal or take out. Our phone call was immediately taken on a high volume weekend and we were able to place an order for take out one evening and had breakfast in one of the dining rooms another day. In both instances, the team could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. The food was very nicely prepared. This is a great resource to have if one is staying on the island, as most restaurants are about 20-30 minutes away and the Inn is a 5-minute drive from nearly all homes on Eden Isle.…

Sadly, Red Apple Inn has deteriorated. Nothing has been updated in many years. The beds were horrible with peeling sheets and horrible mattresses. The grounds are neglected and rotting as well. I don’t know the reason for this happening. Probably poor management. I’m so sorry to see this.

The rooms are gorgeous, the exterior and interior design is gorgeous. The bar is romantic and also serves food along with the full dinning area with a beautiful overlook. There is a fitness center with an indoor pool and changing area which is lovely along with the golf shop and golf course. I have stayed multiple times and the only complaint is the customer service. It’s been consistent through the years to not expect the friendliest of guest services over the phone and to avoid the front desk is in best interest. I just called to ask a question and I stated I had a question, stated my name a…

Lunch was about a C-. Ordered cod sandwich, it was cold, mushy and tasted bland. Prime rib sandwich was about a C+. Had to ask for horseradish. Onion rings and homemade chips were tasty. Probably not coming back.

Red Apple Inn & Country Club is a timeless retreat that beautifully blends historic elegance with lakeside leisure that as a Realtor in Arkansas never disappoints. Whether you're planning a romantic weekend, a golf getaway, or hosting an event, this resort offers a memorable Southern experience rooted in natural beauty and warm hospitality.

Lovely location and wonderful staff. We held a family reunion in the Club Room at the Red Apple and also had a catered hamburger buffet for lunch. There were about 35 of us. The accommodations and service were great and the food was delicious! We also ate several yummy meals in the restaurant. The location was perfect for our get together. There were lots of things to do on location and around Heber. I can’t wait to go back in the fall to see the views in full color. Fabulous!

I'm visiting Heber Springs from California and staying with my BFF who lives in Heber. She took me to lunch at their restaurant...the views were stunning and the food was scrumptious! Service was excellent! I loved the Dean Martin vibe in the style and architecture of the buildings. A++
