Ponca City Country Club

I grew up in the ‘80s playing golf at the Ponca City country club. It was beautiful and well maintained back then. I just walked alongside the north end of the front nine, 40 years later, and it is in excellent shape. Kudos to the groundskeepers. That course looks amazing!

It was easy to play thru today! The greens were pretty thick and the sand traps were rough. The rough was rough but considering the virus going around , it was a great experience!

Well the Kitchen cooking is very fabulous and cooked to the T!!! I got to try it when he brought me some home and it was wonderful every time!!!

This place is a joke! Cold food and not handicap accessible. I was just there for a big group catered event (30-40 people) and the country club failed! The menu tonight included cold soup that should of been hot, lukewarm mashed potatoes, cold cooked carrots and chicken that was dry and lukewarm at best. I understand that keeping food hot can be a challenge for a large group but that’s what we were paying for. The building where we had dinner has two floors. The bottom can be accessed by an old wheel chair ramp. It also has handicap accessible bathrooms on the bottom floor. The top floor wher…

The course is nice and in good shape except some of the greens need some help. Staff is great.
