First off, the course is amazing. Beautiful, well-kept greens. With deer and wildlife everywhere. We arrived on a Sunday after and had the whole course to ourselves. We had reservations to stay there that night... but when we got back to the room, it had not been cleaned from the day before. Beds were a mess, and there were dirty towels on the floor. It was after hours, and we were unable to contact anyone. So we went and stayed at a wonderful Holiday Inn back in Palestine. The next morning when we arrived for our tee time. Management apologized for the inconvenience and refund the charge for…

Great destination golf course in Frankston TX. Course in fantastic shape. Deer are welcomed sites while playing. Greens - bunkers / fairways in excellent shape! They have a nice breakfast & a great burger after the round. My only con is I wanted just to hit range balls the day before my round & I was told I would have to pay for 18 holes. The person was not very friendly about it. So that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars.

We came here with my husband and another couple to celebrate his birthday. The golf course was pretty and well maintained-although granted, I was just along for the golf cart ride! The condos were outdated and very basic. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room because of this, but hung out in the club house playing board games. The food was decent- not the best, not the worst. I think the lodging and food could be elevated to make it more of a resort feel, but we had a good time regardless for what it was. If you choose to stay here, just keep those things in mind.

This course is very well maintained. The best greens I have golfed on. The pro shop was welcoming and a large selection, the only thing lacking was the "restaurant". It wasn't what I was expecting for such a large and beautiful course. The bathrooms were gross!

First time here and it was such a beautiful stunning course! It was very clean and had a great time here. Services are spot on and treat you like a valued costumer. Staff is kind and attentive, also the greens are taken care of well! Shall tell friends about here and shall come again! Thank you for a great experience!

Good buddy of mine told us about this golf course along time ago we planned something out. i’ve worked at a luxurious golf course for five years and to be finally on the other side is refreshing. Had a great time with my buddies. Staff is friendly. The teatime got pushed back a little bit, but if people don’t come in on their time that tends to happen but all in all, that’s not their fault they did a great job keeping the greens clean. Staff is always very polite and welcoming. Definitely will be scheduling another boys trip back. Thank you very much. Y’all were awesome.

Not a bad course it does need some work. The greens was fast which is awesome the maintenance was decent (they was working on improving it) and the main thing is the cart path do need a lot of work. The pro shop was decent it was more on the basic side. The bar and grill area was decent size a bit dated in that area. The cart girl was great she made good drinks and a good outfit.

What a fantastic experience! The hospitality was spot on, food was exceptional for being a small grill and the course was in wonderful condition! Will definitely be back!!

This is not a $160 course. At best it’s worth $75. The layout is interesting, the greens were in good shape, but the tee boxes and fairways were not great. There are plenty of better options (Tempest) for far less. Don’t spend your money here. UPDATE: this is not SPAM as the owner has rudely and falsely accused my brother of. Caleb, Brad, Sam, and I all agreed after we traveled to this course that it was indeed NOT worth the money. It may surprise you, but people with the same last name can be related, and can play golf together on the same day. There is no signage for where to go. The “Pro…

Pine Dunes is a beautiful golf course. The fairways, greens and overall course what in great shape. My suggestion would be put more signage around the course to guid players better. Customers service was great. I’d rate this course in top 40 course around the country.

We had a group of 8 guys take a weekend trip this past weekend and everything was perfect. The course was in great shape especially for December and the Double Eagle accommodations were outstanding. In addition, everyone we interacted with from the pro shop, bar/grill, and beverage carts were as nice and accommodating as they come. Tiffany made it extremely easy to book our stay and tee times. We came with 8 and after a few pictures of the course and lodges we already have 16 guys for next year. Great resort and course!

Great experience coming up for a Wednesday/Thursday quick trip. We were one of a handful of groups on the entire course. Challenging tee shots, fast greens, and excellent bunkers. We stayed in the two bedroom condo off 18 green, outdated but if you are just going to drop off bags and sleep it is adequate. All the staff were nice and accommodating. Loved all the Branded Bill hats. PSA. Someone in group should stay sober so you can drive into Palestine to eat dinner (we went to Pint and Barrel Drafthouse but there are lots of options) since the restaurant closed before we were ready to eat dinne…
