From the moment we got there Marlana greeted us with kindness, and she treated us like family for the entirety of our stay. Every time she saw us walk in she greeted us by our names, and made us feel so welcome! She was able to find us an upgraded room (one that fit our needs with a small baby) and seemed really happy to make our trip every bit more special. My fiancée and I had an amazing stay at PGA National Resort. From the moment we arrived, Teresa at check-in made us feel welcome and took great care of us. She even recommended that we visit the beach to watch the sea turtles nest, and thanks to her suggestion we were lucky enough to see three sea turtles during our visit—an unforgettable experience! Extremely disappointing experience with PGA National Resort. We booked through Hotwire while intending to stay in Fort Lauderdale. As is typical with Hotwire, the hotel name is not revealed until after purchase. The moment we saw the hotel was not actually in Fort Lauderdale, we immediately called Hotwire — at 11:30 PM — literally within minutes of booking. Hotwire contacted the property, and PGA National Resort refused to authorize a refund. We then called the resort directly, hoping for basic courtesy and understanding. Amazing experience, beautiful hotel and the best staff ever! Nick at check in went above and beyond to help us out after a misprint on our copies. He is truly a great example of servant leadership!! Aigerim was such a help! Eder helped us solve all our IT issues! Every server at our Summit was friendly, very helpful and truly exceeded our expectations. I wish I kept better track of everyone’s names. Thank you to the lovely artist who took the initiative to create our signature drink signage. Room: nice, comfortable. Great balcony. Nice bathroom and shower. Pillows are terrible. Cheap foam. Linens, not bad. Bed, pretty good bit a bit saggy. Service: There is no warm welcoming feeling from this place, from manager to bar staff. Everyone acts like I’m bothering them, and I saw this attitude from the front desk manager to staff and guests. PGA National Resort hosted our corporate apprentice graduation event exceptionally well. From planning through execution, the experience exceeded expectations. Nickole D’Angelo, Associate Director of Catering, was outstanding—thorough, proactive, and highly responsive. All-around disappointment. Service was poor. We didn’t golf at PGA, I’m sure that would’ve been a lovely part of the resort though. The room was very nice and spacious. We made a sushi reservations weeks prior with the concierge - and when it came time to our reservation, it was cancelled without our knowledge. Since it was omakase we couldn’t be sat, then went to the lobby bar and dealt with the attitude and poor service of the bartender there. No room service at 9pm. Currently staying here and I really recommend staying elsewhere. We booked for the weekend and were really looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. Unfortunately this place has its challenges and for the price point I highly recommend finding somewhere else. We checked in yesterday and the hotel itself is beautiful. Valet friendly and it felt like it was going to be a wonderful stay. We got assigned a room on the 1st floor towards the end of a very long hallway. For my friend’s birthday, we decided to relax with a massage at the PGA Resort Spa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional. Our locker room attendant, Marie, truly stood out—her positive energy, warm welcome, and kindness set the tone for a perfectly relaxing day. Our massage therapists were also amazing, and the overall atmosphere and energy of the spa were excellent. We are locals and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding at the PGA National Resort in April and it was beyond our expectations. We worked closely with Nikole for over a year to execute our dream wedding and she was amazing throughout the whole process! Absolutely phenomenal experience from beginning to end. We had the opportunity to stay for the weekend and we enjoyed our staycation so much! The suite was spacious, and the team was so wonderful and greeting us with some lovely chocolate covered strawberries to commemorate our time there. In addition what really set this place apart was how amazing the food options. Despite only having a small selection of restaurants, the food was absolutely phenomenal.
