I had the most perfect wedding thanks to the staff at Otterkill. From the start Corey was extremely attentive and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Erin did a phenomenal job with my flowers and brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined. We had our wedding here two months ago and I still think about how great this venue and staff was. Everyone who worked our wedding was helpful, kind and calm. Erin and Corey were incredibly helpful during the planning process and made me feel calm during a stressful process. Erin did the whole wedding as well as the flowers and I’m so glad I trusted her because she knocked it out of the park. Jamie was attentive and was always one step ahead of me throughout the night. Just had our wedding at otterkill on Sunday and first off I want to thank Erin who made it happen. We originally had our date set for May 2025 and had to change it to a lot sooner. She was very accommodating and made sure everything was beautiful. The food was fantastic! She also did all our flowers which were stunning! Otterkill was a perfect setting for our daughter’s Sweet 16! Erin and her team were phenomenal and thought of things we hadn’t! Our event was in June and our guests ate still talking about it! Thank you Otterkill for making our daughter’s vision come to life!

Food wasn't the worst. Wasn't great either. .... The SERVICE however, oh, how the service was. They called our table last. Which is fine, someone has to go last. That, however, does not excuse NO ONE grabbing food and making us wait 20 minutes. Then, the table announcer lady had the AUDACITY to call US impatient. All for some tough steak and salad with no dressing. Never returning. I liked the lobby despite it's confusing design. 2 stars.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son's Bar Mitzvah here. They accommodated all of our needs, including working with an outside kosher caterer, and helping us with our son's kiddush at our synagogue. Corey was great to work with and super attentive. Erin took in all of my son's input and created an absolutely stunning, winter-themed party. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an event space for their next celebration.

Erin & Jen were able to take my blurry vision and create the most vibrant, beautiful reality for the bridal shower we threw on 04/23/2022. I hadn’t been to the venue since 2009, and it’s changed since, so attempting to visualise what we wanted based on phone photos between NY and TX was difficult. Looks like a nice place for a wedding! I was only there for about 30 minutes of Lupe and Kevin's reception at Otterkill but I liked how they were able to accommodate a smaller lunch time wedding party on a Saturday as well as that there were a lot of good photo spots on the golf course that did not require a golf cart to get to. Definitely made things easier!

I was so happy with this experience. I had a lot requests and they listened and worked with me. Erin did an incredible job with the balloon garland and table decor. I went into the room and I was totally relaxed after worrying for the past two months. Everyone who attended had a great time and the staff was fantastic. So glad I had my daughters baby shower here.
