In summary

Ottawa Park Golf Course is appreciated for its historical significance, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, offering good value for its price. The course's layout, with its short but challenging holes, provides an enjoyable experience, especially for those who appreciate a mix of elevation changes and tree-lined fairways. However, some visitors have noted issues with the condition of certain greens, cart paths, and occasional disruptions from nearby traffic.

Reserved online the day before for an evening tee time. Everything was quick and easy at check in. It was challenging with risk of losing a sliced ball on occasion and the pace of play was reasonable. This was my first time at this course and I will fit in a few more this season!

First time playing the course ever today, was all I hoped it'd be. It was a raining and windy day but the course played true. Can't compare it to any other time but she seemed to be in pretty good shape from what I heard it was. You can feel the history and I will be bringing my young sons to play this short gem. Highly recommend playing this course at least once. Amazing course for the price.

The course was mostly in great shape but a couple of holes the greens were not in optimal condition. The cart path in many spots was in terrible condition. The staff were awesome and the facilities were clean. We saw a group of white tail deer, a gaggle of Canadian geese and two young coyotes, the wildlife were on display today.

Nice public course in really good shape. 40 and change for 18 with a cart is a win!

Loved my experience here, the course looks and plays fantastic for this time of year (mid Spring). The proshop staff was extremely friendly and helpful which was a huge bonus. Overall, this course provides extreme value and performance for the price point.

This is the oldest public golf course west of NYC. Although the course is short by today's standards, it still demands accuracy and precision. It doesn't have the amenities that most expensive 5-star courses have, but it has unrivaled pedigree. It's a Toledo treasure and I still love playing it!

I love the course and the crew is working hard to keep it in good shape. Greens are good…fairways nice( if you hit them;) Course is short and kind of tight…but fun to play!

Golfed this course for the first time. The course has a lot of par 4s. The greens were not in very good shape and the bunkers were terrible. With that being said, it was the perfect course for our small golf outing. It is affordable and the rangers were cool. I will definitely golf here again.

For a historic golf course, it was well maintained. The clubhouse staff was also engaging! We only played 9 holes, but found the course challenging enough for our meager skills. Even on a Saturday morning, the course keep moving. We were able to play 9 holds in under 2 hours! Would consider playing there again.

Super cool course and very good deal! Apparently it’s the second oldest course in the country. Had a great time and met a local who we golfed with!

Played this track for the first time on Saturday May 18. Reasonably priced at $39 for ~11AM tee time with cart. Surroundings were beautiful with ample trees and water. Lots of elevation change that gets you thinking twice about club selection. Happy to have this place in NWO. Would recommend to the average weekend golf warrior like myself.

The best course in the area for the price hands down. Proshop staff was unbelievably friendly and a complete breath of fresh air from other places around and helped make the experience that much better. Definitely my new go to spot from here on out.
