In summary

Ole Still Golf Club is appreciated for its beautiful and challenging layout, friendly and courteous staff, and ongoing improvements in course conditions. Many visitors enjoy the well-maintained greens and the scenic, hilly terrain. However, some criticisms include the need for better cart path maintenance, occasional slow pace of play, and pricing concerns relative to the course quality.

Had a great time. The greens are in good shape, it doesn't feel too tight, and everything is is pretty well maintained. It is beautiful and hilly, so it's challenging, but not so much that It's not enjoyable. The staff was courteous and friendly. The restaurant was closed when we were there, but I've heard good things. We are playing again today, so I'll add a few more pictures later

Update for Aug. 2025: Still a okay find, but golf etiquette and overall course maintenance s lacking. Cart paths are all torn up. Greens are fuzzy. All weedy around the fairways. Can't tell difference between greens and the fringe. Burnt up greens. Group of 5 plus 2 lottle kids for a Sunday. Definitely more than 4 players. Slow pace of play - more than 4.5 hours. August 2024: We found this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised. Please note, if you have a watch that tracks yardage, it may come up as the Ole Still Golf Course. Prices were great for the weekend. Customer service was t…

Great staff. Very friendly. I went to the driving range, but we decided to play 9 instead and Jack was awesome. He just switched out the ticket for me.

In pretty good shape and affordable. Challenging with all the different lies. Very few flat areas on the course. Will play there again.

It's not worth the price at all. Cart paths need to be updated. Husband played a lot of gold when stationed in Hawaii for way less than what it costs here. Definitely not worth it. Maybe with updates it would be but its disappointing.

Played about a month ago. Course was decent. Not worth the money they charge for a weekday. Most greens were in bad shape. Staff was friendly. They did have a few good greens. Sand traps need work.

Great staff. Course is improving all the time. Greens are good but tough for me to putt. But that’s on me. Interesting layout. Had a resident cut in on the back 9 which was somewhat annoying. Great on-site Peruvian restaurant.

We won’t ever come back. This place is a joke! Poorly managed, operated, and ran. They pretty much rooked my son and I for $39 and sent us out in the middle of a 80 year old shootout to get told on every hole, “Did they not tell you there was a shootout today”? No they did not! I never had this problem at Hampton Heights!

As most of the recent reviews before me, the course is in very good shape and the greens smooth and true. The big bonus was a course finally with a cart girl, or is it now called cart being? Idgaf. Sabrina had ice cold beverages on a warm fall day. My personal reason for not giving 5 stars is I felt there were too many blind tee shots

The course was nice enough but the fairways were all sloped so fairway balls ran off and the first cut was so deep, you couldn't find your ball. Repeatedly lost balls despite drives hit in the fairway. Cart path was so rough. Marshall was very pleasant !

Loved playing here early this summer. Course was in good shape as were the greens and the rates were reasonable as they have always been. Now they jacked the rates up 50%, sorry but this isn't a $45 dollar weekday course. Guess we will play elsewhere.
