Always in great condition and fair challenge for senior golfers. My wife wants to know where the Senior Ladies' Tee Boxes are. 🫣🤣

When I was there the course was not mowed as recently as it should have been. Helicopter tree droppings were so many it effected the greens play for many golfers. It is a pretty course

Played the seaside course. Good course for novice players. Not too tough and not much trouble. Condition could have been better

Played golf outing from 40-120 players 12 years running without a hitch with two well maintained courses in a special setting among woods and marshes and beautiful water and wildlife views away from civilization noise. Clubhouse food and accommodations are very good. All in all, a great place to enjoy a round with friends and has not yet disappointed.

Always in good shape, affordable and rarely have I had a slow round. Staff is very friendly. A++++ Not a better membership deal on the shore. Two fine courses, and as I said above...staff is top notch.

the greens are very good especially given the amount of play inside staff was very friendly cannot say same for cart attendants would recommend the greens superintendent cut back several of the big limbs on certain holes this held up play somewhat overall terrific experience

My home course. Seaside is a tight wooded course. Newport bay is more open for the scenic views. Both are challenging

Golf course conditions just OK today- much of the course has been recently aerated. Golfers are not taking care of their divots or ball marks on the greens typical for a public course.
