In summary

North Park Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained fairways and greens, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among local golfers. The course offers a scenic setting and is generally considered suitable for players of all skill levels. However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with the staff's strict enforcement of pace of play, which has led to negative experiences for those seeking a more leisurely round.

Ok let’s get serious! I loved to play here up until now, the price to ride for this caliber course is absurd!!!! This course is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH what they’re charging to play. I have never had a problem with any staff and the girls that work here are always friendly. If you can walk then this is your course but if you can’t and want to pay the astronomical, absurd price then so be it!! Good luck with that!!

Listen to the other reviewers- the rangers absolutely do hound you constantly to speed up. Ruined my brother's first time golfing. If you like to play golf for the vibes and a good time, go literally anywhere else but here.

Do not come here unless you are a pro golfer who can finish 18 holes in 30 seconds. Staff will consistently harass you to hurry up, even to the point of following you on the golf carts. We were constantly told we were holding everyone up, even though there was no group behind us at any given point. We were always 1-2 holes ahead. We were harassed so many times (at least 5 STARTING FROM HOLE 1), that we decided to just leave. The only positives were 1- the views, (but dont be distracted because with the amount of deer scat, you'd more than likely step in it since it was everywhere); And 2- the…

I want to break this review down into a couple parts to make it easier to read. Booking tee times and dealing with staff- Every single person I dealt with at North park has been wonderful, anytime I call there’s a very nice girl answering, anytime I loose a club there’s a nice bearded gentleman assuring me someone turned it in and asking for details to figure it out, bearded fellas is always a pleasure and the person I deal with the most. Also I was lucky enough to meet a groundskeeper at a restaurant I worked at last year, saw him the next round I played and he drove me back n forth from the…

Beautiful course and only $30 for 18 holes on a Sunday morning. Course gets pretty wet overnight, so greens start out slow but get pretty fast by early afternoon. Tee boxes were in good shape and course was mostly green.

Stalked and harassed all day by the rangers to the point that we didn’t even play the last 2 holes because we couldn’t take it anymore. Constantly told to hurry up yet at no point was there ever a group behind us. Very confusing. Playing 18 holes in roughly 4 hours is reasonable.

Wanted to get in a quick 9 on a beautiful day. There is nothing wrong with this course, especially for the price. It's just all about timing you get there since they don't do tee times.

Went golfing this morning with my wife who has just picked up the sport and two other experienced golfers. We started off the back 9 without anyone in front of us however 5 holes in we were scolded by the ranger for having a “slow” pace. He said the regular morning group playing 18 was catching up to us however they never once had to wait for us before they could hit their shot. In fact we had already teed off before they teed off the previous par 3. I don’t think this really would have been a problem however when I told the ranger we would try to speed up he was very rude. This was such a d…

Played here today and our group finished nine holes in two hours — well within normal pace of play. There was no group lined up behind us, and we were just playing a casual scramble with one player off the red tees. Despite that, we were approached and criticized for being “too slow.” It felt more like gatekeeping than legitimate pace management. Public courses should encourage new and casual players, not discourage them with unnecessary pressure. The course itself is fun, but the ranger was overzealous in my opinion. At the end of the round he told us the same group of “time attack” players…

Muni is in better shape than most tracks in the area. The first come first serve system is a little wonky and the staff could be kinder but the course is decent!

For being a municipal golf course, the fairways and greens are pretty well maintained. My 18 hole round lasted about 4 and a half hours, which could've been a lot worse. Well worth the price. This course suits well with golfers of all levels. Staff seems really nice based on my experience.

Wouldn't play here for free, stalked and harassed by staff for the first 5 holes of the 9 holes I played today, constantly being told to hurry up when the next closest group was 2-3 holes behind us, had an 8:10 tee time and was on the 16th tee box by 9, most rushed and least fun round of golf I have ever played, seriously don't go here unless you plan on hitting a hole in one every single hole
