Montpelier Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained fairways and greens, scenic views, and challenging yet accessible layout, making it a favorite for many golfers. The course's affordability and relaxed atmosphere are also highlighted as positives. However, some visitors have experienced issues with booking accuracy, customer service, and communication regarding tee times and course setup, which have led to occasional frustrations.

Nice trees for shade, just a few notes. I wish we were told at booking that 18 holes means you’re playing the same 9 holes twice. They also didn’t mention anything at check in, we thought it was weird but maybe we could have done our own research? Also, we had three people with us and let the person know when booking we would need two carts, when we arrived we were told we could only take one cart because of their limited availability? So we sat on top of each other for 18 holes, even though we saw other groups with spectators and they had two carts, there was also plenty of carts when we arri…

When we arrived to ask about a t time an older gentleman helped my husband and was very unprofessional, he really shouldn’t be working the front desk he doesn’t have the skills to deal with customers, this isn’t the first time we have had bad service from him. The course is a very nice course and the service has been good, but they need to keep him off the front desk.

When we got to the course and went to pay they tried to charge us 25 bucks over until I said something. I was going to buy a case of prov1 (12) balls and they tried charging me 72 bucks for them, 18 bucks a sleeve wow! I mentioned to the “golf pro” as she passed by that the price seemed very high and her response was “if you don’t like it go play somewhere else” she was very rude when I tried to talk to her and will never go back! We also had a tee time for 1:20 and ended up teeing off at 1:40. So backed up we left after 7 holes. This course use to be so fun and the people use to be so kind an…

We made a t time a week in advance for 18 holes. When we checked in, they told us we were set up for 9 holes only. I had made the call and knew I had requested 18 but the gentleman at the desk was stubborn and said that 9 holes was written down and that was that. We had driven quite a distance so needless to say we were disappointed. We played the 9 holes behind 2 groups of 5 and 1 group of 6. As slow as play was, letting us play another 9 couldn't have made things any slower. Poor customer service and ornery desk clerk.

We payed for 9 holes! We should get to play 9 holes. We did not get to play 9 holes. It was a rainy night with heavy rain and we started at 5:30, The course closes at 8 p.m. We were on the 8th hole and had just teed off and all in the fairway at 7:30 p.m! The lady came from the club house and said they need the carts back now and would not let us finish a 30 yard wedge shot and a 140 yard 9th hole to finish the course. She would not let us finish! We work here Monday thru Thursday and religiously golf this course on Tuesdays! It is by far one of the best courses I have golfed on and the counte…

Beautiful golf course! Only gets three stars though because of booking issues. We booked online through their website. On the website, you can book a tee time as early as 8:00am. We were there right on time, but the place doesn't even open till 8:30. I let them know that online it offers and tells differently. They then asked if we were going to tee off for they had people waiting. Kind of frustrated because first we were there right at 8am which was what we booked online and then had to wait 30minutes for someone to show up and open the place and then we are told that they actually don't open…

This is my home course and the best around. Faiways and rough are groomed perfect and the greens are awesome! So proud of this course and the folks that run it; Jenny, Richard, Ted and all the workers.

A fairly easy 9 hole course. Price is right for what you're playing. At my prime, I carried a 7 handicap and this was the only course I could scratch. It helps that it's only 7 minutes from my home.

This course is my favorite place to shoot a round. The fairway is wide and beautifully kept as are the greens. A great value and couldn't think of a better place to loose a ball or two...

This nine-hold golf course offers surprisely long drives and smooth putting green. Wide open greens that offer a distance challenge where the ball travels because of attitude.
