Montecito Country Club

Beautifully restored. Went for “Fish n Chips night last night and was appalled when I asked the server what fish they were using. The shocking reply was “Talapia”, a heavily farmed fish primarily from farms in Southeast Asia. I was shocked that the MC owner, who also owns the acclaimed Stonehouse Restaurant just 2 miles away, would permit such a low budget fish.

As a wedding photographer who has had the privilege of capturing multiple weddings at the Montecito Club, I can confidently say that this venue deserves a glowing 5-star review. I played here for a golf tournament benefitting St. Vincent's Santa Barbara. This is a beautiful course. Certainly one of the more challenging courses I've played, but beautifully maintained with a unique layout.

I participated in an event at the Montecito Club and it was quite impressive... it has a very peaceful and secluded location in the wonderful city of Santa Barbara, and the weather was fantastic which really showcased its beautiful views, and immaculate grounds. Overall, it was a very lovely place to visit.

We had an amazing experience working with our clients for their wedding at The Montecito Club. The venue Manager, Kim Ritchey, is so friendly, attentive, knowledgable and really great at response times. The property and the facilities are not only beautiful, but also built to accommodate vendors with a great loading dock and private quarters, so that your guests don't see the shuffle of items and staff working behind the scenes to make events seamless for guests. One of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever played and the Club is exceptional

Worst kitchen staff I've ever worked with. Kitchen had some random bugs and flies around. I've worked events for 10 years and never ever have I been treated so poorly. Better off anywhere else in Santa Barbara
