In summary

Marysville Golf Club receives positive feedback for its friendly staff, enjoyable layout, and improvements under new ownership, with many appreciating the clubhouse and updated carts with GPS. However, there are consistent concerns about the condition of the cart paths, bunkers, and tee boxes, along with occasional issues with course maintenance and pace of play. Despite these drawbacks, the course remains a popular choice for its affordability and welcoming atmosphere.

Booked 2 last minute. Course was 5/10 staff was very friendly. Nice bar and food! Will try it again next summer, see if it’s in better shape.

Was in from out of town, asked ChatGPT for a place to play solo. Should have known... Very old course. Holes right on top of each other (there are 3 or 4 tee boxes on front 9 that are probably 40 ft from each other). Tees are in shambles. Gravel chart path. The charts should be 4x4 to deal with the pot holes. Sand traps? Maybe a few left, all the rest overgrown with grass. Back 9 is somewhat better. Might have been good once, needs some major help now.

What a treat of a track to play. The conditions are beautiful. Greens are in incredible shape. Really nice club house, restaurant, and bar. New ownership over the past year have done a fantastic job! I will definitely be coming back!

Overpriced, greens in terrible shape, tee boxes are just a slanted collection of craters, and the fairways are no where to be found because the grass isn’t mowed. Tee times are also booked together we were an hour being waiting every hole as one of the earliest groups in the day. Bunkers are also overgrown and the cart path appears to not have been taken care of in a long time. Staff were friendly and the food was good. Pro shop had a lot of variety.

A fair course with friendly staff. Updated Carts with GPS. Greens are non consistent when it comes to speed. Now combine erratic speed with lots of undulation and putting gets frustrating. Not a long course and there can be some huge risk reward payoffs. Some of the teeboxes are in desperate need of a cut. I will say the fairways are lush, rough isn't terribly punishing with some hard pan in spots. One thing that drives me crazy when a course cuts grass and doesn't blow off the clippings. They build up in your shoes and even with spikes you start slipping. Perhaps they just hadn't had time. Th…

Course was in descent shape. It was very crowded. Seemed to have booked tee times too close together. All in all, it's not bad for the price.

Greens are good. Cart Paths you need a 4 wheel drive when wet. But other wise you will have a good time on the course.

Fun layout. Course conditions have definitely continued to improve over the last few years. The new lounge inside is so much better than before - fun to stay for a drink or two after.

Played 18 holes here for the 1st time today. Clubhouse is very nice. Yamaha carts with GPS are a plus. The course needs a lot of work. Bunkers are non-existent. I would not recommend this course to someone with back problems, pregnant, or joint-related issues. The cart paths are downright dangerous. Many gaping holes and ruts, too many to count. Also, picked up several cigarette butts during my round, 25 or more. Pretty disappointing overall. I will not be back.
