In summary

Huron Pines Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful setting, and friendly staff, with many visitors highlighting the excellent condition of the greens and the quality of the food at the restaurant. However, some guests have expressed concerns about management practices, particularly regarding overbooking and slow pace of play, which can lead to delays and frustration during busy times. Had a great time with our group for 18 holes. Love how wide the fairways are. The greens are fast, but it worked in my favor lol I even got a birdie on one of the holes. We drove all the way from Sudbury and we weren't disappointed. Would go again.

It was my first visit while visiting for the holiday weekend even though I knew for years that it was a highly rated golf course. We got lucky with amazing fall weather so we visited for a quick nine holes. The course was still in excellent condition and I played fairly well too. Thanks for remaining open for another week or so.

Booked a tee time on July 21, had to unfortunately cancel that time on July 19. Honour your refund policy of 48 hours. It’s been almost two weeks and no replies/calls back stating you’re going to refund my fees from that tee time.

Very nice golf course, both challenging and fun. Nice people and a shout out to the grounds keepers!! Next time we will try your restaurant, everyone tells us the food is good. Cheers!

Course was beautiful, staff was kind, and helpful. However, I quit going here because it is so poorly managed, tee times are way to close together making is a 5+ minute wait at every hole to tee off. The cramped holes ruin the whole experience and makes other people on the course impatient and rude.

First time playing here...course is really nice and totally walkable ! But......we came to num 11 and a total standstill. A dad and son waiting in front of us and 4 inexperienced lady golfers that were totally lost out there to the point they left there carts 100 yards behind them as they walked to the green. No etiquette or knowledge of golf at all ! I don't think it's there faul... but seriously why don't newbies get lessons is beyond me! They didn't offer for us to play through which always upsets ppl that can play. We actually called the club house and asked for a ranger to be sent out and…

The course is really nice and worth a try for anyone curious about it that hasn't played it. That being said whe I played it on August 19 I was shocked at how poorly managed everything was. When we arrived there was some large scale event happening as people everywhere were wearing colour coordinated apparel. The pro shop door was locked because the one person in charge there was busy running around trying to get carts and take care of people both inside and outside the clubhouse. When we went to tee off they didn't have enough carts for us and we had to wait for people on 18 to finish. Th…

Our group played Huron Pines on June 29th. As always, the course was in wonderful shape. The pace of play was very good---never held up and never rushed. It is well worth the price and the drive to get there. We ate there too. The food was very good, well priced and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff!

Course condition and layout is wonderful. HOWEVER - they book extra groups at the turn and it brings play to absolute halt. Terrible service. Poorly managed unfortunately. Won’t return for this reason.
