Booking has been extremely difficult. After quite a few follow ups we got a weekend scheduled. I called 90 days out from my arrival to book tee times and was informed a tournament was being played 2 of the 3 days my party would be onsite. The rep who assisted me with booking the trip ensured the “unlimited golf package” would be best when I informed them we planned to play 36 holes most days. The tournament was never brought up, even after I paid the deposit. The same rep was responsible for cancelling my trip, which she also failed to do. 🤠❤️🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽Spent my 59th birthday at Horseshoe Bay Resort and had an amazing stay. Terra at the front desk was welcoming with a beautiful smile. Cole and Jeffrey in valet went above and beyond to keep my car safe. Jennifer at the spa was so polite, and Brandon gave a true 5‑star massage. I loved the eucalyptus steam room. My lakefront one‑bedroom condo (West Bank #17) was perfect for sunrise and sunset. Thank you to the manager for refunding my last night due to the winter storm. I hope to return for the Balloon Festival in April. Wonderful resort with an exceptional staff.

We went for the Adult Tennis weekend at Mouratoglou Tennis Academy and it was fantastic. I did have issues with booking the package which resulted in me having to cancel my original 3 nights reservation and make two separate reservations instead. This caused us to have to change rooms which was extremely inconvenient and the front desk did not work with us to make it easier. Their posted times on their website for services are also inaccurate so beware. I was hoping for a better experience. The only reason I would return is for the tennis, it is top notch.

This hotel had a serious water problem. Shower water did not get hot. The previous night, shower pressure was inconsistent. Not sure if this was a problem specific to my room or the entire hotel. I did mention it I was told that engineering would look into it. Not sure how that helps me as I'm checking out. Hotel has a new computer system that causes delays at check-in. Where to begin.. My family recently stayed at the resort and we had amazing time. Rooms, amenities, food they were all great. I receive a voice mail from loss prevention officer few days later we checked out notifying me that they would a jewelry. That’s when I realized I had left my engagement ring and wedding band there. They were able to fedex my engagement ring right away. The place offers great value for a mini vacation, especially if you book with an offer. Our booking was messed up a little but in the end worked out well as we were moved from a villa to one of their larger private rental homes. Staff are helpful (the shuttle/concierge team in particular) however there are gaps in what they know - seems like a training gap. On many occasions we were given even misinformation or just a "I'm not sure I'll have to ask someone else" when it came to asking about other areas of the resort away their own one.

So I've been to Horshoe Bay with my husband a few years ago for our anniversary. We had a great time. I wanted to plan something for my parents (who are a little older, my dad was just diagnosed with dementia and my mom was struggling with it), and I just wanted them both to go away for a weekend and forget about everything. I recently stayed at Horseshoe Bay Resort for a work event and had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful! The landscaping is stunning and the overall atmosphere makes it such a relaxing place to stay. Both restaurants we dined at during our visit were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable which made for a great night’s sleep. Stayed two nights for my husbands birthday and we will for sure be back! This is a little hidden gem in hill country and I love that we only live a couple of hours away. The room was clean and smelled good, the food everywhere we ate was SO good, the staff was super friendly and the mini-golf...? The best one we have ever seen. We can't wait to come back!

the BEST hotel i’ve been to honestly! Staff are amazing and the rooms are so nice! Pools are relaxing, and the hot tubs were my favorite part of my experience! Will be coming back here again! :)

The resort was beautiful. The service was Amazing. The hotel was very clean and a comfortable stay. I went for an event with the Ford bronco rodeo sponsored by Ford for veterans and their families. I was with the Guitars For Vets program through the Veterans center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Ford staff that made this happen were truly exceptional people. The entire Veterans staff at Ford one Above And Beyond to make our experience absolutely outstanding. Horseshoe Bay resort was a very nice place to be absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend you go there.

My wife’s and I had a wonderful weekend. We had a lake view room. We played the Whitewater putting course and had a lot of fun. All the employees were personable and helpful. First class resort. We saw the birds on our way out. What a grand goodbye.
