Fostoria Country Club

Fostoria Country Club is a charming local course with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The layout offers a nice mix of challenges, with some tighter fairways and well-placed bunkers to keep you on your toes. The real highlight here is the greens — they’re awesome, well-maintained, and sometimes tricky, adding a fun layer of challenge to your round. Staff is friendly, and the overall value for the price makes it a great spot for a casual day of golf with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Quaint little golf course out in the country. Extremely friendly staff, reasonable prices, great condition. No idea how other reviewers said the staff was not friendly and it was expensive. $38 on a holiday is completely fair/reasonable in this day in age. No they don't have the fastest greens or hardest fairways in the would but overall course shape was outstanding. Lush green conditions without dead or burnt out grass pretty much anywhere. Few weeds here and there but it's a public course in the middle of the summer so no big deal. Hard to find this combination of condition and price anymore…

Absolutely one of the best course I've played this year

Came to your course a few weeks ago with a 4 some. Had a t time. Arrived and was told the high school kids were playing. Was told we couldn’t play. Made another t time for today. Was told the high school kids were playing the front later. We started playing early and when we got to hole 7 we were told to pick up our balls and go to ten. We got done with the backside we couldn’t finish the front as the kids were going to be another hour. The problem I have is neither time when we made our t time we were never told anything about the high school kids

Great golf course always in great shape. Reviewers complaining about price or conditions are crazy. Easily the nicest course for the price in the area. As for the course. Holes are wide, very, very, rarely will you have groups on others holes on yours. Greens are big on many of the holes, so big on some I'm not sure how I miss them. The greens are also very fair, unlike some other courses if you land a shot on the green it will likely hold. I play quite often here and have always had a positive experience here with staff, course, and other patrons.

Very nice golf track. Hadn't played there in some time and was very pleased to see the course was in immaculate condition. Fairways to greens. Greens rolled well and true. Wish my play had been equal to the quality of the course. Only critique: sand traps could use some.

Course is looking nice this year. Lady in clubhouse is always friendly. Would like to give 5 stars, but there are definitely more luxurious establishments. Great public course with just enough challenge to make you earn them pars.

Clean and well maintained. Went with with partner who has a membership and we’re harassed by elderly and other golfers. We were asked to be passed when it was the groups in front of us slowing down … poorly treated and not satisfied. Was not that busy… and a Saturday so surprised to see they were not that busy. Poor service, high prices, will not be recommending or returning.

I've been here for several business meetings. Usually food is good, but a rather closed menu of you have an alternate diet. Regular bar food. They do have two full bars, and the interior is clean and fairly up to date. The grounds, from what I've seen, are gorgeous for the area. Fostoria is... Not the nicest, most posh, area- but this place is very well kept and looks great. Definitely recommend for a meeting, and suggest to check it out for some golf.

Very nice course...enjoy the layout alot and greens are always in good shape...only complaint which isnt really a complaint is i wish all bunkers were more consistent though they have been upgrading so it is still very nice
