My wife and I stopped in for dinner around 7:00 on a Thursday night. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who seated us. Maddie Took very good care of us! She was super friendly and helpful with the menu and the drinks. I ordered the chicken Delmonico with the chefs vegetables and a house salad. My wife ordered the Reuben with fries. Stopped here for lunch. The building is very beautiful looking inside. The staff is very friendly and professional. There is a large selection food to choose from on the menu. Did not wait too long for food to arrive after we ordered. The food tasted good.

Course is in excellent condition and well maintained. Staff was super friend and helpful. The only ding is that the tee times were probably a little close and pace of play could have been better. Love the course might be a little over priced by about $12-15. Other than that a great course.

Extremely challenging course for a beginner golfer (less than 1 year). Many elevation changes with tiered, undulating, wicked fast greens. This course would test even a seasoned golfer. Course was in great shape in early April. Black Dog tavern was great. Food was very good and the service was as well. Great course for a great price!

I have been wanting to go here for a long time and heard the food was fantastic. It did not disappoint. I had the cheese steak sandwich which was awesome. My wife had this enormous fish sandwich which she loved and my kids both had chicken wraps which were excellent. What a great atmosphere and a great team. I met the manager but didn't get her name, but the entire team was engaging and attentive. They helped each other with none of that "it's their table!" Madeline was my server and she did a great job from start to finish. The "pour" she did on my flight was perfect! Always attentive & checking on my needs. Played here last Sunday for the first time. Very nice and challenging course. I love the hills and hidden greens. I will be playing here again.

Nice place. Food was good, our waitress was the very best. Only complaint was with a young girl busing tables. A glass of water got spilled at our table, we were attempting to clean it up with a bunch of napkins when I approached the bus girl about the spill she asked if we were done cleaning it up and the trash can was in the corner of the room. What a bunch of lazy teenagers we are raising. God forbid she offer to help since she obviously seen the spill

Deer Ridge was an obvious choice to host our wedding! I didn’t have to worry about eating gluten free, they made sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible, and everyone on the team was a welcome addition to the party! Allison and Renee were on top of every detail, and we couldn’t have pulled it all off without them. If you’re wondering if this is the right venue for you, stop wondering. It definitely is. We dined at the Black Dog Tavern with our pup on the back covered patio for lunch on a Saturday. The breeze was perfect and the view overlooks the golf course. Very laid back environment. Our dog had a lot to look at from balls bouncing around the putting green to golf carts zooming around and they brought her out a bowl of ice water when our drinks came out. I'm surprised we've never heard of this place until 2023, and I've lived in the area for decades! I took my mother there tonight; the food and staff were wonderful. Mom had the meatloaf, which I tasted and was one of the best I've ever had. I just wish they offered mashed potatoes as a side dish (even if they were only an option for this entree).
