In summary

Chippewa Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and fairways, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both seasoned and beginner golfers. The course offers a scenic and challenging layout, though some visitors have experienced slow pace of play due to large groups and occasional management issues. While many appreciate the efficient tee time booking and overall enjoyable atmosphere, a few have noted concerns with staff interactions and course management.

I always enjoy playing here. Fair prices, great staff. My regular group played yesterday and thought everything was in nice shape, other than the vandalized 1st green. That's scheduled to be back in play very soon.

beautiful, well kept course. we were able to get a tee time quick and efficiently by calling in and we were able to take our time on the course. friendly employees, too. beginner friendly and the ladies' tees are nicely placed compared to some other courses

What a surprise! Was in the area and had heard about this course. Happened to have our clubs with us, so we made an impromptu tee time and played a leisurely round. It was wonderful: nicely maintained greens and fairways, and some truly gorgeous views. The course is challenging enough for a good golfer, but not to the extent that a "duffer" will be overwhelmed. And the cost was minimal, especially in comparison to some of the courses around Pittsburgh. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and we enjoyed an adult beverage on the patio afterwards. Finding this course was an unexpected treat!

Love the layout of the course, had some burnt spots in the fairway but what course doesn't with this summer, greens were immaculate and rolled true.Customer service was superb and definitely will return ..

Had a bad experience today, but it had nothing to do with the golf course. They let a group of 7 and a group of 6 out today, the day before the holiday. Two holes open in front of them. Then instead of the starter coming and moving them along, he was joking around with them, slowing them down even more! We decided to quit after 15, the only time we have ever done that!

Nice course that is fairly priced. Unlike most places, they actually have someone out and about to ensure a good pace of play. Don't mind making the 45 minute drive to play here.

Nice golf course but make sure there isn’t high school golf tournaments bc they’ll put you directly behind them and you’ll play a 5 hour round of golf being single digit handicap golfer playing by themselves

Had a great time this morning, course is in very good shape, sadly our cart wasn’t fully awake and was a little slow but it was funny. Didn’t catch the guys name of the ranger but he was surprised how fast we finished our 18 hole round in little less than 2 and a half hours, he was very nice. Definitely will be back soon!

This is a very nice golf course. There is well maintained tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Management was even nice enough to place us ahead of a group of 6. The course is hilly, but it is a nice balance of hills and flat sections. There are also trees intertwining most of the holes which is pretty neat. The only issue is that the fairways are a little narrow but it is mostly acceptable.

Played it on October 1 from the Blue tees. Great condition, great staff, and good test of golf. Do not let the short yardage fool you. The course demands accuracy on most driving holes. On all approach shots, you can not miss left or right. Puts much pressure on chipping game. Greens roll true. I will go back.
