In summary

Brunswick Golf Club is frequently praised for its excellent course conditions, well-maintained greens, and challenging yet enjoyable layout. Visitors appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, along with the variety of amenities including a pro shop, driving range, and McAvoy's pub, which offers good food and drink options. While most reviews are positive, there is a mention of a negative interaction with a staff member, though this appears to be an isolated incident.

Played this course twice while on vacation in Maine. The course was in excellent condition. Very friendly staff and we felt welcome despite not being members.

Played 18 holes on 8/31 and the course was awesome. Super wide fairways and the greens are super fast. The driving area is neat and different. Well worth the money!

Bill, the enforcement director was very rude. although he was doing his job and I certainly respect that, it was done in such a demeaning way. So sad since we have been neighbors of the course for 25 years. Our world is such an unfriendly place.

One of best courses around that many people aren't aware of. Great walking course, excellent conditions, greens are spectacular and food and beer galore at Mcavoys!

Great course, well maintained and a wonderful location. Tee times are easy to acquire, they are well priced and have access to all your current needs including a pro shop and caddy station. They have done some work recently to improve everything and made it even better. I have not tried the food, but the staff were friendly when I used the facilities and toured inside. Everything is COVID compliant

Very nice track. Large greens. Fairways are generous but there are some blind shots and tricky doglegs. Blue and white tees will play quite differently. Super friendly staff.

A very nice 18 hole golf course in Brunswick ME. They have both 9 and 18 hole rates, so if you're short on time, the front nine makes for a quick outing. They have a small driving range where you hit from mats as well as rental clubs for either 9 or 18 holes. The course is pretty flat and enjoyable to walk, there are golf carts as well. There is a good selection of tee box choices for a wide range of handicaps. The 19th hole has a large deck that overlooks the 9th green with food service and a well stocked bar.
