In summary

Bridgewater Golf Club is generally appreciated for its well-maintained course, scenic views, and helpful staff, making it a popular choice for both casual and competitive play. The dining experience is often praised for its quality and creativity, although some guests have noted inconsistencies in service and food preparation. However, the pace of play can be slow at times, and there have been concerns about course management during busy periods.

We stopped in for a cocktail and an appetizer. I had a classic old fashioned, Bridgewater Grille style, classic and recognizable with just enough originality to make it one I'd make it a point to have again. We ended up having two appetizers, shrimp cocktail and fried portobello mushrooms, both very good. We also had two cups of soup, Brunswick Stew and Clam Chowder. The Clam chowder is a house staple. A silky cream based broth with a Cajun twist. I've never had one quite like this. The chowder alone would bring me back. The soup of the day (dujour if you prefer) was Brunswick Stew, comfort in…

We had a private family event for 13. Almost everything was outstanding. Wings, banal bang shrimp and shrimp cocktails were great. All entrees except Kobe steak were on point. The steaks were overcooked and dry, and were not as flavorful as traditional Kobe. Service was terrific. Thank you, Abby.

1st timer at this course I had fun! Great Driving range, clean and pretty well maintained course. I played front 9, the staff Colton was super helpful with any questions I had. Definitely will be back!! Thank BGC Shane MJ

Beautiful course, but not for older seniors too finicky around the greens. I had a handicap cart but still had to walk 30 to 40 yards to the green every time. Like I said Beautiful course but I would not play it again.

Food is great! Atmosphere is fine. Its a nice change from the typical downtown or busy food alley view.

Went on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Yeah...took my chances. Crazy busy....but played the front very fast. 18 Birdies shows 5 hours and 15 minutes total though. It was 1 group that had everyone jammed at the turn. 2 different groups called the clubhouse on the back 9....nothing happened. Course was very nice overall. 18 was pretty dry and beat up approaching the green. Would have given it 5 stars if the slow group was forced along.

Nice shape and well maintained. The gps controls on the golf cart was annoying. The system kept requiring us to back up like I was in a restricted area, but we were on the cart path.

Attended an outing on June 28th, and it was the fastest scramble we've ever played! Course was in great shape and greens just fast enough- kudos to the staff for a well run outing!

My wife and I play Bridgewater Golf Course at least four times a year today we had a 110 tee time and when we got there the carts were clearly marked cart path only and to not even get them off the concrete it said on the notes. We were immediately held up by a fivesome. One of the two that held up play all day. We followed players that were taking 10 and 12 swings a hole instead of moving up to balls with other players in their group. We were hit into and past three different times by players who did not know what they were doing. At one point there were three groups waiting on a Tee Box behi…

Food was super expensive but good. I got the steak and it was cooked perfectly. Wait staff was nice and quick to ask if you needed another drink. There were barely any people here for a Friday night (good or bad depending on what you like). Drinks are good and strong but they can be irregular because the bartenders make drinks differently. The bathrooms are really nice, they are clean, beautiful, and have great lighting. They close really early so check times before you go.

It's an ok place but the owner needs to chill. Not everyone is out to charge people a fortune for their service. This is why they call it competition.
